Whats going on? Nice volume today... I am still holding on to 20M waiting for my dream of this stock to go to 1 cent... lol. Probably will never happen but when I look at the risk/reward the reward seems far greater.

I just sold 2 million shares at 0.0003, but it took over 2 weeks to get a fill. Also, the bid is back at 0.0002, after being at 0.0001 for a few days.

you all know there news coming at least by the end of the month here about the added Sanibel! Correct? Looks like someone or a group is gathering a bit ahead of the PR! Still holding 92m here! Not advicating a buy or sell. Just offering a bit of info, for those who may not know, or did not remember!

Ed is a lieing theifing pos anyone who would invest one single penny into Eds scams must have rocks in their head.Like I do!Ed should be in prison for what he has done.
Im still stuck holding the bag on this one. I have had a sell in for over one month for .0003 and have had no luck at all. Now these are jmho and i am very disapointed in how ed screwed all of us.
imo ed is a fraud period. good luck to all of you

Ed has not screwed anyone - you screwed yourself. You will never get rich in pennyland waiting for the big one. It's just a dream you paid money for.

Did anyone else see anything about a 15% stock dividend? I had ICAN set up in Yahoo portfolio to get news and when I logged on this morning, Yahoo told me that there was an alert that would give me a 15 more shares for ICAN and did I want Yahoo to automatically update my portfolio? When I said yes, it did actually add them. However, there are no additional shares with Etrade yet on my actual account and I can't find anything about it anywhere else. Does anyone know anything about this? Did I miss something?

How can you say that ed didnt screw anyone when he puts out a pr saying that ican is being naked shorted, He asked all share holders to put their shares into certs knowing that if they did (and i did) he would be dumping billions of shares into the market. The share holders that put their shares into certs would have no way to get out before the market makers went to no bid.and now here we sit .0003

The closing date for the Sanibel Steakhouses in Bonita Springs was Aug 15th, so we may see a PR here this week. There are a few other pending acquisitions from past PR's also. Maybe I'm wrong, but I get the feeling that a string of positive happening for ICAN could be coming! No PR since 8/2/05 is the first thing that gives me that feeling. Maybe its just wishfull thinking, but I'll be watching as I am still holding 92m shares here!

This is not a suggestion to buy or sell this security! I hold this as a long position and I don't suggest holding long in any pink sheets stock!

Ok, Pleas clarify your thought that ED dumped billions of shares into the market after he made the PR? He made a PR later that said he was buying back and reducing the public float? I'm not bright and very savvy with my stocks, but Ed as far as I'm concerned is keeping his word.

we shall all see wont we if this stays at the current levels and never moves then yes ed is a liar if it one day moves with a little good news and we start to see .001 and higher then many of us will be really happy if we stocked up at .0002 and such......

my shares are certainly not for sale at these current levels.

19mm on lock down.

Well Noah, I got out a little while ago and very reluctantly took a $500 loss. Since then I've made it up 3 times. So, I don't care if anyone wants to hold but that is absolutely not for me anymore. It's inevitable it should move sometime but why have your money rotting away doing nothing for you for an indefinite amount of time? As for Ed being a liar, he said the float was around 1.5 bill, had the T/A purposely gagged, then we find out that it's about 8 times that. I don't know about you but that makes him a rather big liar in my book.

IBAC Corporation Addresses Possible Naked Short Selling in its Securities

NEW YORK, May 20, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets:ICAN) today acknowledges its concerns regarding the possible naked short selling of its common stock and urges shareholders to request that their shares be delivered to them in certificate form from their broker/dealers in order to help stop this manipulative practice.
IBAC Management will initiate a thorough investigation to determine if its stock is being naked shorted and applauds Pink Sheets, L.L.C. CEO R. Cromwell Coulson's petition to SEC Secretary Jonathan Katz to amend Rule 3360 to require short interest reporting for all OTC equity securities. "Manipulative naked short selling by broker-dealers operates as a fraud on the market causing investors to lose confidence in the fairness and legitimacy of OTC markets," Cromwell wrote in his petition.

"While short selling may be the industry's dirty little secret this company will not stand by and watch its hard work and earnest efforts to build a legitimate business get destroyed," said IBAC President Edward W. Hayter, "naked short selling undermines the market's ability to justly and accurately reflect the price of the companies securities, and directly affects the company and its shareholders and will not be tolerated."

This release includes forward-looking statements made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that involve risks and uncertainties including, but not limited to, the impact of competitive products, the ability to meet customer demand, the ability to manage growth, acquisitions of technology, equipment, or human resources, the effect of economic and business conditions, and the ability to attract and retain skilled personnel. The Company is not obligated to revise or update any forward-looking statements in order to reflect events or circumstances that may arise after the date of this release.

now if ed does do what he said he would, and retire/buy back 1 billion that still leaves over 9,000,000,000 in the float think about that for a little while do you understand how many shares have to be sold and then held for this stock to move past where it is right now.

good luck to all

Far from a Boiler Room unless the steak I was eating at Sanibal Steakhouse was fake and this is really the Matrix.

Yeah, it's getting a little too dead. I was hoping for some audit news by now...granted they are working on rolling in new deals but the way Ed was talking earlier in the year, it would be done by now....

It's gotta get good soon. Well, I guess I don't get to retire just yet. I'm holding a fair position and if we can get to .03 I'm done with the job.
