sorry for the caps guys im just praying and hoping that ed reads this and realizes that he has made a fool out of his loyal long term investors.i dont care if someone disagrees with me that im not a true long or this or that the fact of the matter is i have been in this stock a long time relatively for being a pinky and ive been promised lots of things and ed has not done us right.i would like to see something relating back to all that buyback talk and maybe something to do with the merger or reporting status.please if your reading this ed give us a chance we have given you our money and what are you doing with it.this stock is so undervalued if you half of what you say is true.so spend a bit of money do the buyback get us reporting and off to a new exchange and then continue to buy distressed properties and turn them into profitable business's.ok sorry for the whining guys ive just been so frustrated with pink sheet stocks lately.best of luck to all that are playing in pink land .
sincerely a qbidiot who thinks ican. ppppppppprrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmm man i picked three interesting ones huh........hehehe (prrm, ican, qbid) two of the three i still have a bit of hope for one of them im certain will be a great long term hold.

I have been in this stock for a year now, I'm bored to death but still holding. Correct me if I'm wrong:
IBAC only owns the Sanibel Steakhouse in Bonita Spings, Florida right? They decided against buying the one out on Sanibel Island and they don't own the one in Naples on Vanderbilt Beach Road. Anyways I was down in Naples last week and ate at Sanibel Steakhouse, although it was the one on Vanderbilt Beach road. Another outstanding meal. If you guys haven't tried it you are missing out. Their filets are unreal! But they charge a pretty penny, $325 for 7 people and that was with a buy one get one dinner free coupon. 3 free entrees got us $90 off the bill.
So who knows what is wrong with IBAC but its not Sanibel Steakhouse because that place rocks!

whats wrong with IBAC is edward hayter he has a real problem with telling the truth. if it comes out of the mouth of edward hayter it needs to be discounted right away this man has lied to his shareholders from the very begining and hasnt stopped. imoh ican goes gray before the year end. now thats not bashing thats a fact.edward will not file and ican will go into the cellar i have followed ican since 2004 and everything ed has said was a lie. investors/trader beware bmax,

It hasn't been a fun ride watching my portfolio dwindle but the nice thing is that we know there are physical assets tied to this company. Not that we know whether they're mortgaged to the hilt or not but to invest in a pink with real assets and a viable business plan I think we just need to wait a few more weeks, months, or years to get our desired result. (HA)
I just wish we would get communication from the Investor relations department. I don't like to forward on the e-mail I forwarded on the day before...etc. with no response.
Here's hoping for a nice jump in the near future.

I have sent e-mails with no success and even called with no one calling me back. I guess Ed is hiding from the investors.

I've had one or two e-mail responses, posted them on this board but their percentages aren't very good.

NEW YORK, Nov 16, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced revenues for the month of October for The Sanibel Restaurant Group, Memphis Ramada Hotel and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites of $487,585.32 combined. These revenue figures are compiled from internal company accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to audit by the company's independent accountants/auditors.
For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group revenues were below the seasonal average due to the restaurant being closed for 4 days due to the hurricane, we anticipate a return to expected average revenues this month. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites had a gain over last year on increased banquet sales and room sales for the month and we expect to see this continue for November. The newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada had an increase of 20% in revenues over the same period last year (The Company did not own the property last year).

What company doesn't? With these pennies, I think the right questions to ask are in relation to potential and physical products/services/assets. Ican does have a good model and also potential. As long as they are financing well, which I tend to think they are given Ed Hayters background, read his bio on their website.
For me, I think this could be a good company as long as they address their past PR's and move into a fully reporting company.
Good luck!
