this last pr about two new corporations kinda feels like im being worked.i put a lot of money into ican with all this talk about reporting , move to another higher exchange, big dividend for the faithful holders, (spinoff shares) so far all ive seen is the pps plummet and little to no news that is really exciting.will ican shareholders get shares in the new formed corporation. or will this new corporation be an outlet for more dilution.we shall see wont we? none of my shares are for sale i still beleive this stock can conservatively run to .001 some time on little news but then again eddy could be running this into the ground while he buys nice cars and golfs who really knows....
19 million on lockdown until further notice.

Hope this current news on Denney's franchise is in a Denney's friendly city. The Denney's in Bradenton FL has just closed, it was in a good area but not attached to a motel or hotel, however, that may be the winning key for a Denney's restaurant. Still holding my shares for the big profits!

From the PR I didn't get the impression that these divisions will be issuing shares but rather are being formed for protection purposes. Unless of course the protection is from the share holders. I think we'll be hanging around here until Ed gets his numbers and reporting in place.

IBAC Corporation Reports July Revenues Business Wire - August 02, 2005 10:07
NEW YORK, Aug 02, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced revenues for the month of July for The Sanibel Restaurant Group, Memphis Ramada Hotel and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites of $380,316.64 combined. These revenue figures are compiled from internal company accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to audit by the company's independent accountants/auditors.
For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group revenues were in line with the seasonal economy of Florida and were anticipated. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites had a gain of 156% over the same period last year (the company did not own the property last year). The newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada had an increase of 30% over the same period last year.
The company has completed half of its budgeted upgrades to the Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites and has started its budgeted upgrades on its newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada and expects all work on both properties to be completed as scheduled by September of this year. Upon completion of budgeted upgrades the company anticipates a significant increase in revenues for its hotel properties; this does not however include the company's pending application for a Denny's franchise at its Memphis property of which is a separate budget nor The Sanibel Restaurant Group.
The company continues to pursue mismanaged and undervalued properties within the hospitality industry and believes that this strategy will produce the desired results revenue wise and asset wise that the company expects.

Has anyone spoken to Ed recently? I noticed that in past months the Financials for the previous month took unitl about mid-month. This month they were on day 2. Maybe this means that everything is caught up and the audit is almost complete.

There was a single 0.0001 trade (3M shares) at 15:56, but I see a close of 0.0003.
Also the very last trade of the day was a "100" signal at 0.0003, which is supposed to mean "I need shares". Let's see if if means anything.

I think that people left the board because ICAN is boring. But I think most who left check in from time to time and are still holding. I am one of those...

I'm still here and still holding but don't have anything to say because nothing is changing. Just hope that Ed is on track for the next Sanibel acquistion at the end of August.
