If this company is as it claims and files as such, everyone better but your seat and tray table in the upright position and fasten your seatbelt because we are ready for takeoff.
Otherwise, just put your head between your knees and... well...

The asset value hasn't been disclosed. At this point, it's all guesstimation. Tens of millions doesn't sound right at this point.
The millions in revenue could be meaningless also. Profits are all that counts here. If they are spending more than they make, they won't last.
We, as investors, need more concrete information on this company. Everything looks good at face value but there isn't anything concrete to go by. It's a gamble in the dark at this point and the share price reflects the unknowns. Sometimes the best stories are nothing more than fairy tales.
Welcome to pink sheet stocks. That is why they are pink, they don't report!

I'm afraid I'm getting sucked into the doom and gloom scenarios. Fighting off the temptation to sell. I think boredom is a contributing factor.

I don't pay attention to it because I have some others with action, and I hope you guys have too. Even if it dips to the bottommost don't worry, the shares are being bought back and it will head up in time. Expect these pullbacks, as some people will become impatient and sell at whatever price.

the best thing to do with this one is ignore it. Move on and invest in some other plays in the meantime. As I said last week, this is going to be stuck in this range until one of 3 things happen. We get the next sanibel restaurant (which is suppose to be August or September), Ed files some financials, or he gets some other acquisition. My personal advice is if you have an average of .0002 or less and can get out without losing anything, sell now and buy back later. JMO.

Wish I could do that but we don't have the volume to support doing that.
I still think that there is something else going on here. This should have moved around more than it has with all the PRs. Not saying it should be higher, but at least should have seen a better volume spike.

Can anyone tell me why VYNC.PK is selling at $12.00 a share when it is supposed to be just a shell company and not doing anything? This company started at 1.50 a few months ago went to 3.00 and is not at 12....

Thanks Rick so there is a reason. I see it has no volume but the price goes up and down all the time and I just didn't have any idea why.

There are some games being played too. The price goes to .0002 on a big trade and then back to .0003 on tiny trades (the last one was 18,770 shares or about $5.63)
I think some good concrete information will get this stock to move. Too many people playing too many games at the moment.

I had a small sell order in at 0.0003 (1M shares) for nearly 2 weeks, just to test the water, and finally got a partial fill today (750K shares). Perhaps the the MMs are running out of shares or know a run is coming; otherwise they could just continue to buy at 0.0002 and sell at 0.0003 for an immediate 50% profit.
Did anybody else get a fill at the bid or ask?

It's going to be a while but when it does, you'll want to be on board. As soon as they start reporting and finish the buy back we'll have a better idea of what the share price should be. Go back and read several pages of posts. There's been a lot of speculation, but conservatively it could bump up to between .005 and .01 shortly after reporting.

Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Quality Restaurant Ventures (OTC: QRVI), Invicta Group Inc. (OTC: IVGA), UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UVCL), IBAC Corporation (OTC: ICAN) and Hawk Protection Systems, Inc. (OTC: HWPR).
Quality Restaurant Ventures (OTC: QRVI) should be appearing on the radar screen of aggressive investors and day traders this morning! Yesterday after the stock markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing a significant system-wide sales increase for 2004!
News of the increased sales should be welcomed by investors, as the company attempts to move towards profitability! The financial review by the company shows that during 2004 QRVI had a 269%+ increase in system-wide sales compared to sales made in 2003. This report is the first announcement revealing the financial impact of investments QRVI made last year in two fast-growing regional fast-food chains, Westshore Pizza and Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs.
The report shows that in 2003 QRVI's system-wide sales were $4,677,502 compared with $12,599,913 for 2004. While the majority of the 2004 increase can be attributed to the company's new affiliations, Sobiks Sub Shops posted a sales increase of $207,803 which is 4%+ gain in system-wide sales for 2003.
Watch this company! According to the company's press release, significant increases in system-wide sales continue to enable QRVI to enhance its operational efficiency, and ultimately the company's profitability. QRVI now provides marketing, purchasing, real estate and infra-structure services for over 70 franchisee affiliates. Each QRVI restaurant concept also has a number of new franchises in construction or under contract.
Investors should continue to monitor the progress of Quality Restaurant Ventures for further developments! Late last week, the company announced that system-wide sales for the first quarter of 2005 have increased 22+% over the same period of 2004. If the trend is continued, QRVI's annualized system-wide sales should be on track to exceed $17 million.
In case you are not familiar with the company: Quality Restaurant Ventures Inc. identifies and prepares regional restaurant concepts with high growth potential for transition into franchise opportunities. QRVI recently announced that it had begun a broad-based investor relations program aimed at clarifying the company's true value to its stockholders and the financial marketplace. The company's primary website is www.qualityrestaurantventures.com.
Stocks showing interesting activity yesterday at the close of the regular trading day were: Invicta Group Inc. (OTC: IVGA) up 106.2% on 15.6 million shares traded, UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UVCL) up 10% on 19 million shares traded, IBAC Corporation (OTC: ICAN) even on 96.5 million shares traded and Hawk Protection Systems, Inc. (OTC: HWPR) up 84.2% on 4.3 million shares traded.
Commentary: "The U.S. House of Representatives pushed through an energy bill with tax-credits of $14.6 billion. Credits will be given to oil, gas, electricity and renewable energy companies. The Senate is voting on this bill on Friday. Consumers get a $2,000 tax credit if they purchased a hybrid car in 2005; since most are over-priced this may take some of the sting out of the sticker price," Stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary continued at: http://www.***********************.
