I don't think you are going to see this really fly till ed puts out a PR that shows he is really serious about the buyout. He needs to give a date and buyout amount. Then it will fly.

Ok, i wish I had known this board was here so i could keep up with what everyone's sentiment was on ICAN. I don't know how I let this slide by. I also wish I knew that everyone was meeting on Paltalk pretty regularly.
Did anyone get in on VYNC when it nearly quadrupled last month? how is it that occured when there have been no reports on that company in the last several months? Is Ed trying to spin everything off to that company after privatization if he does do it?

Ed told the guys at Pal Talk that VYNC is NOT going to be the spinoff company. Of course if he takes this private there won't be any spinoff. I think VYNC ran simply on rumor.

Just to let you guys know the guys over at Pal Talk just proved the MMs are playing games. A guy just bought 40 Million share at .0004 and it never showed on the tape. They called Ameritrade and asked they why the volume didn't show and they said the MMs don't have to show the volume until the end of the day because this is a pink sheet. Pink Sheets volume need to be entered manually and they have till the end of the day to put the orders through. Thus they are playing a game with us to try and show there is no buying interest. You watch, at the end of the day all these orders will all the sudden go through. The best thing to do now is just hold on.

this is so strange i never expected this i guess that is what pinkland is all about the unexpected.good luck to you all to me this has been a ride full of hope frustration excitement and dissapointment.i still have a bit of faith that all can be worked out for my giving this company my hard earned money for paper shares.i sure hope that one day i make a bit of money off ican shares.

I use TD Waterhouse and ICAN's volume has been stuck on 59,815,432 shares traded since 10:36am. Now Leardron has got to be onto something with the MM's delaying buys and sells to manipulate a stock's trading "interest". I can't imagine nothing going on for the last 45 minutes.
I am holding strong, I have had enough bad luck lately, I need to eventually have that change for the better. I just have a good feeling and sometimes you just have to go with your gut.

Why would Ed want to privatize instead of spinoff to a fully reporting OTCBB or smallcap company? He could offer .01 - .05 per share for the privatization (which I doubt), but spinning all this off to a fully reporting company would be a wiser thing and more beneficial thing wouldn't it?

Because they don't report. The vaule of the company may be larger than we think. When you buy something don't you look for the best product at the lowest price?
The company and private shareholders could possible make serious $$.
Also, it is the pain in the a$$ investors calling countless times a day wanting to make some bank interrupting daily activities that allow them to make progress.

maybe he wants to go private to have more say in the company then when he drives the company up can always go public again.Being a publicly traded company means everything goes to vote with the board having a big say in the direction of the company.Seagate is a large company that went private then public again.So who knows what's going to happen and we can just hope it goes up when they do go private.

Just some insight on what ed might be thinking as a buyout price. The guys on Pal Talk said he asked them if they would like a .001 buy back price. I would like to get alot more but .001 wouldn't be terrible. We will see.

The reason for a company to go public is to get capital for growth and maintain some form of cash flow.
If Ed already owns a majority share like is claimed here, then he already has the power to move the company in the direction he wants.
And, as an investor I would not be happy with .001 or I would have pulled the plug when it hit .0009!
If the company went private and then public again, it would appear that they only want a loan. It is a bigger gamble for the investor and less for a bank. I EXPECT rewards when I loan money knowing that I risk losing it all!

Ed is right, ICAN came to public, to rais capital and execute the business plan ( which is make $125 mil reven. per year). that way, ICAN no need to go to bank or mortgage company to borrow money ( I believe, some of mortgage is 18 to 20%). But in real, MMs or something played and the stock price didnt go what he expected to raise capital. so now, he is having options, borrow money from BANK, mortgage or private investor to execute his plan ($125 mil rev/year). when you go to private investor ( they mostly look for 35% returns as per my knowledge). so its only option to go private. just my thoughts. :-)

Yea, that's pretty much what the guys said to him last night from what I understand. At the current pps I'll take anything that gives me a profit on this one.
