I don't think they will stall the price, which means they might be buying back less than 2 billion. The reason I think that is from this quote from today's PR:

++++++++++START++++++++++

The company intends to purchase as many shares as possible on the open market over the next six months with its budget of $500,000.00 and will simultaneously reduce its authorized shares equal to the purchased shares in equal amount blocks. This process is being taken to bring the share value inline with the company's true worth.

---------END-------------

If they want to "bring the share value inline with the company's true worth" as soon as possible, they will be trying to support the price by always having a bid just under the current price. Giddy up Icans, we are going to high places.

In my opinion it depends on if he keeps the news coming. If this is it for the news for a while then it is going to sit here probably until we obtain the next sanibel restaurant.

Everyone has to remember that this thing was trading at No Bid and an ask of .0001 for a week or so. there are alot of shareholders that have bought in at those levels and are probably going to start taking their profits here. It is going to be tough to get out of this range. Like I said earlier, if we can get this beast above .0004, then it will fly.

Or if Ed can confirm if the restricted shares are still restricted - the float will be around 3 Billion right? And then it will have to fly because it is vastly undervalued at .0003

Yes, that's true too Nomar. I have a feeling though with the fact that Ed hasn't clarified what makes up the O/S and that the T/A is not allowed to give out that info, that the 10.7 Billion is the float. If I am wrong, I will be very pleasantly surprised.

I love how vague he is about the location but I can understand that. If he gave out the location, they would get bombarded by shareholder phone calls. All in all this is good news.

Learndon, I would think that the unannounced location is to also limit the amount of interest by other companies. Ed and team have done allthe work locating the property and the last thing Ed wants is a bidding war for properties.

That's true too. Didn't think of that. All though this might not be a bid situation. He might be just negotiating a deal with the owners but the same logic would apply.

I just want to repost one of this week's PR's for emphasis, because I think it shows the scope of this company very well:

IBAC Corporation Reports June Revenues

IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced revenues for the month of June for The Sanibel Restaurant Group and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites of $285,525.79 combined. These revenue figures are compiled from internal company accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to audit by the company's independent accountants/auditors.

For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group had slight decrease in sales over last month; the company attributes this to the seasonality of the location in Florida. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites had a slight gain over last month.

The Royal Arkansas Hotels & Suites expect a significant increase in revenue for July as scheduled bookings & banquets are at a five year high for July. The company also expects additional increases in revenues from its Hotel operations in July from the newly acquired Memphis Airport Hotel.

The company expects (projects) July revenues from all operations to be from $450,000 to $500,000 for the month, a major increase over last month.

The company also expects a significant increase in revenues for the fourth quarter as it will be adding the next Sanibel location in August along with the recently acquired restaurant at the Memphis location and increased bookings at its Hotels.

All we need now is about 400 more shareholders who are willing to be patient with the company, and hold long-term. I estimate it will take 40 more days to get us moving past 0.0003. Oh well, it gives us more time to gather cheap shares.

I had a dream about ICAN last night (does this mean I have too much invested?)

We got a R/S 1:1,000 and saw the price spike to $.30 and then slid all the way back to .0001 that same day. Everyone started screaming bloody murder and sold for whatever they could on the way down.

ICAN then applied it's $500,000 and bought most of the stock up because everyone bailed out. Because there weren't enough shares, the $500,000 didn't get spent but 1/2 the A/S were bought and retired. Since there was a lot of money left, the balance of the $500,000 was instead used as a dividend and every share got $0.02/share and then ICAN put out financials and moved exchanges. The shares spiked to $45.00 on the numbers. Everyone who sold and missed it sued ICAN and drove the price back down to .0001. ICAN sold all the assets off to another company and shareholders got $100/share. ICAN then lost the lawsuit and had nothing to pay anyone who sued them.

I'm still not sure if it was good or bad because I don't know when I got out.

The float is estimated to be 5.7 billion. 800 long shareholders holding on average 7 mil shares will lock up all the float, thus causing us to move up. I think I read on RB the company has about 350 shareholders. Subtracting MM inventory will leave us with 400 more shareholders to go before the float becomes locked. I repeat we only have a 3.25 mil market cap for a company that will likely make 5-6 mil in revenue this year. The share price will move if we work together, and show other investors you can gain by holding this stock.

Those who get into this company now have little to worry about dilution because the OS is already 10.7 billion (est. 5.7 billion float,) and the AS is 12.2 billion, which will be decreased by a billion. By decreasing the AS, the company is sending the shareholders a message that we want to give you value. Thus, locking up the float might be very feasible. Get them while their cheap is my advice.

I'm holding till .001 and then selling only enough to get my cost back. That will leave me with 9 figures worth.

Just need to get there first.

Not sure what I will do from there. See if that happens first.

Glad you're on board noah. This company is more real than not. It has tens of millions in assets and millions in revenue. The potential gains from this are great. The only negative of this company is that it's not reporting, which it definitely should be. Once it becomes reporting we will be able to see its financial condition, and investors who don't touch pinkies will be all over it. Right now we are in a cheap share period, so its best to get them while they last. Just remember the market cap is only 3.25 million.

The asset value hasn't been disclosed. At this point, it's all guesstimation. Tens of millions doesn't sound right at this point.

The millions in revenue could be meaningless also. Profits are all that counts here. If they are spending more than they make, they won't last.

We, as investors, need more concrete information on this company. Everything looks good at face value but there isn't anything concrete to go by. It's a gamble in the dark at this point and the share price reflects the unknowns. Sometimes the best stories are nothing more than fairy tales.

FWIW I'm going to try to urge the company to start filing.
