OK - so there are 11,500,000,000 shares now instead of 12,200,000,000 . . . SO?

Do some math.

IF this comes to pass, @ .0002 that means ICAN will retire over 3B shares by year end.....

Now, we need a clear picture of what the share structure currently is. If those 6B+ restricted shares are still in Ed's hands, the float would drop back to the 2B level. If the revenues work out.. Oh to dream.

Thank you Ed. Made my day.

Hmmm my shares are looking better all the time! I guess Ed's been buying a few shares in the open market, and he's gonna keep buying at a super discount! Nice!

Why would he announce that he is going to be buying more on the open market? Why didn't he just do it at this super discount rate???

They did a great job. Sold (diluted) 6 billion shares when the pps raised causing the pps to plummet and alone with the shareholders profit. Then buyback 625 million shares after its at .0001-2. Looks like they are really looking out for us. How many billion shares will they sell to cover the 500 million buyback.

TOTAL AUTHORIZED SHARES AS OF 7/14/05 12,200,000,000
ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES AS OF 7/14/05 10,793,385,517

If he buys back $500,000 worth of additional shares while it is still low, we should see the OS around 8.2B which should put a lot of pressure to get this thing moving.

=)

I wish...

We really need to see the company become fully reporting and then move to another exchange. It would be nice to see that by the end of the summer.

I agree, we need an audit and an exchange move to get this baby really flyin. We are moving in the right direction at least. Tightening up the shares, and some of the latest decisions to go with Denny's I think will really help this company. IMHO

Please note how they worded this PR

"approved an additional buyback of ****UP TO**** $500,000.00 of its common stock"

Who knows how much they will really buyback...
I do look forward to higher volume and a slight increase in price tomorrow. Good luck all!

IBAC Corporation to Further Reduce Authorized Shares & Issued and Outstanding Simultaneously
7/14/2005 8:05:01 AM
NEW YORK, Jul 14, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced that in addition to yesterdays announced 625,676,008 Million of Common Shares being retired effective today at the opening of business, and the approved additional buyback of up to $500,000.00 of its common stock on the open market over the next six months, it will now also reduce the authorized shares by 1 Billion immediately. (Pending filings with Delaware by counsel.)

The company intends to purchase as many shares as possible on the open market over the next six months with its budget of $500,000.00 and will simultaneously reduce its authorized shares equal to the purchased shares in equal amount blocks. This process is being taken to bring the share value inline with the company's true worth.

The company's Sanibel Restaurant Group Unit will undergo its first six month audit (IBAC has only owned it since January 4, 2005) next week followed by The Royal Arkansas Hotel (IBAC has owned it 1 year at the end of August), the newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada and the second Sanibel Steakhouse in Bonita Springs (closing at the end of August) audits will be ordered and integrated when needed. This action is being taken to position the company for its anticipated move to the OTCBB.

"The company will continue to implement its stated objectives and goals aggressively and will not waiver, this is a fledging company with a great future and we will continue to follow our plan. We have built this company while enduring start up and rapid growth pains, in just nine short months to a company that has gone from a dormant non operating company to over 100 employees in three states, I have personally invested over 3.5M cash in this company and am the largest shareholder and I am committed to the company's success, as I have stated we will continue to grow our assets & revenues and achieve all of our stated goals," said Edward W. Hayter, President & CEO of IBAC Corporation.

Wow, I haven't been watching this since the close and read both PRs. Maybe Fast Eddie is finally deciding he better start doing good by the shareholders.

It is funny though how this is coming out after a little "birdie" told me he was sent a letter from a lawyer representing some share holders about possible criminal litegation, hahaha. It was sent last Tuesday and here we are.

That is all I am going to say on the subject. Let's see what happens now to the PPS. LET'S GET THIS PIG ROLLING.

I agree we need to see these things actually happen.

Too bad we didn't get more than "I am the largest shareholder".

Leardron has a point in that they may have been "influenced" in their decision to take these initiatives.

To me, the best news is the reduction in A/S. Especially going forward.

If this was a plan, it was a good one. Dump the shares for .0002-.0007 and then buy them back at .0001 and retire them. Ed might just look like a genius when this is all over. Ok, maybe I won't go that far....

I'm happy for now. They bought time in my book to get some other things done but I think we need to see consistent progress and not be treated like mushrooms.

Ok, I'm happy too, but .... Why the two PR's? I like the idea, but it's just like the real estate deal in Memphis with the restaurant. It doesn't appear to be thought out very well.

i am with you leardron i don't want to fight anybody i want ed to do what is best for share holders and company alike. after all what we want is a return on our investment that we let ed use we are part of this to and it seems like its our turn we have all held on long enough watching this pig tank with all the good pr gagged t/a and a bunch of blue sky being pumped up our a** . lets see a return for our efforts and bury the hatchet. and don't take it out unless we really need to.

It's all going to depend on what the shareholders do that got in at .0001 and .0002. I think we are going to be in this range for a while because they will probably be selling off for a double or triple depending.

Just on a side note. The T/A has been called and it has been verified that the O/S has dropped from 11.4 Billion down to 10.8 Billion (rounded). Guess we will wait and see about the drop in the A/S.
