my guess is,i think we will recieve a share price anything from 0.0007 - 0.01.Huge spread,i know, but remember a while ago there was the pr that said a group of investors will buy ican shares at 0.01 max. Personally anything above 0.001 ,i settle for that,Can't imagine het wants to lose on his own investment, i'm sure he bought shares at 0.0006 and 0.0007 so it should be above that. Anyway you can't really blame ed for his
opinion.Must be a lot of frustration to see your pps not rising, when you do such much work for it.
i think he will get a fair value for his shares,he is in a very good position to negociate ,so if he gets a fair value,so will we

If they are giving fair value, we should see a run. Almost like another dividend.

Since I doubt that this is the result of a whim, can anyone speculate as to how the events leading to this point fit together? Such as:
• IBAC Corporation Board Approves 300,000,000 Share Company Buyback Program NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2005
* This action is separate from Mr. Edward W Hayter's ongoing buyback of up to 500,000,000 shares for his personal portfolio (Recently Announced) that is nearing completion and will be announced at the time of completion.
* NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2005--IBAC Corporation (OTC.PK:ICAN) announces that its Board of Directors has now approved a restructuring of its authorized common shares from 20,000,000,000 to 12,000,000,000 effective immediately, the certificate of amendment has been filed with the State of Delaware by corporate counsel.
* IBAC Corporation to Negotiate an Increase to Their Existing Credit Facility for up to 20M Dollars for Further Acquisitions NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 2005

Definitley agree with you. Talked to guys on Pal Talk this morning and they said Ed talked to them in the room last night about this. Ed said that he is upset with the current share price and he thinks this stock should be at $3.00 per share. He still says that the O/S is only at 1.3 billion plus the 15% divy. He also said that he has been getting 80 calls a day from investors upset about the share price. The big part of this is that the MMs are under a short squeeze now. If Ed is right then this thing is heavily naked shorted and now the MMs are going to scramble to cover. The key word here is HOLD,HOLD,HOLD. The pps is going to fly on this with this news.

Ed said he is done his 500 Million share buyback and is going to purchase as many shares that he can get his hands on. He said the company is worth 2.5 Million dollars right now and is sick of the shorting being done with the pps.

You have to remember that Ed can name any price he wants for the buyback because he owns the majority of the floats. Remember, he is going to pull all his certs and if he buys up the majority of the float, like he is planning, he could easily say the buyout is 5 cents per share and he pays basically nothing because he will own the float. The MMs will be screwed big time because the MMs will have to pay 5 cents per share for all the naked short shares they have out there. Believe me this is going to be very interesting and very good for the share holders. It is going to be fun to watch the MMs.

Now it makes sense. Ed's going to stick it where the sun don't shine. The MM's are going to scramble to cover.

I think I really missed a great entrepreneurial opportunity. With all that's been going on lately, I wish I had had the forethought to install Maalox vending machines in every Market Maker's offices. I'd be rich by now...

Until the morning you wake up and no longer see your shares of ICAN, but rather extra cash in your portfolio? Am I right?

I'll happily sell 100% of my shares to Ed for $0.05 and forget ICAN even existed. Someone please call him and let him know.

Your right but keep in mind I think Ed has our best interest at heart and won't screw us. Just the fact that he came into the Pal Talk room last night after putting out the PR shows that he is on our side. He could have easily just put the PR out and not subject himself to all the questions about it that he did last night.

im scared and excited dont know what to think of this .im sorta pissed a bit i was planning on holding this stock for as long as it takes.but if it pans out right which im skeptical it will we could all recieve a huge payout for holding on tight.we shall see.i would be happy with anything over a penny share payout.but even .001 would be alright too.

galaxy i hope you are right thats all i can say.i dont want to be a pessimist but just out of cuation i want to try and see the downside of this.is it possible that he controls the majority shares and he can name the buyback at a very low price.destroy all the shares and reissue new ones in a private manner.not sure how this works but i am currently 4 million long and im not selling.i actually still have buy orders in for .0002.maybe we will luck out maybe ican really means icant.i have been very positive on this board since i joined it go back and look if you dont beleive me.but this news makes me weary like ive stated.it should be interesting if nothing else to see what cards we all have when its time to show them.i hope i have a royal flush and not a pair of two's.

Yep, that should be everyone's plan, just hold and see how this pans out. Might as well at this level.
