I really don't see a R/S. Ed has stated many times that will not happen. If he were to change his mind, it would blow any confidence in the co. and management thus ruining the value of the pps.
Unlikely IMHO!

It's a good question considering the change in mind the company had over the weekend of not spinning off to another company. However, Ed seems to be acting in all of our best interests (hopefully). I think with the company continuing a buy back it will add greater value than a R/S.
I also imagine that this course gives the company one focus on direction and may be a turning point into penny land....

Ed may have said no R/S but I don't think that is written in stone. The move to fully reporting is crucial. The move to OTCBB is secondary and any attempt to get to a reputable exchange will involve a pps substantial enough to get there. That may only be possible with an RS but is so far in the future as to make it immaterial for this company. Fully reporting is key along with accumulation of assets/revenue.

Make a promise of a spin off and run stock. Sell a couple billion shares. Promise a 500 million buyback. Then give a run around about going private to soften the blow of the never to be spin off. Keep the TA gagged so no one will never know of what they did and blame it all on Naked Short.
What a wonderful world of pennyland. Never trust any stock that gags the TA. R/S lol, who cares. PRRM promises no r/s while it has diluted its shares to 66 bllion. But hey, no worries another P&D will be soon. Just wait and look for Rickpic to start pumping again and you will know the run and dump is starting.

Everyone kept saying Urban had the shareholder best interest in mind and Mario was the greatest and would never lie on MLON. But still th TA is gagged and no real revenues are told just Gross which tells you nothing. But hey keep the faith.

Why does everyone get excited about big volume when it doesn't do anything to increase pps? The laws of supply and demand are not in effect for this one.

this is ICAN not mlon Ed is not Mario.and ican has real assets and real revs. this is a site for DD and shareholder comments. if you wish to bash then go over to raging bull they could use a few more bashers over there.

I just gave real dd. The companies the one that is hiding the real facts. Give me a break. They made promises then broke them. This is the classic pump and dump move. Just because you can't see it then thats not my fault. People need to know the truth not the glossed over want to be facts. You don't know what the rev is because it has never been given. Just gross which doesn't include the heavy expenses in the type of business. And maybe Ed isn't Mario but he refuses to ungag the TA and give real facts that are important to make a good investment choice. You don't gag the TA for nothing.
Besides I like posting for debate. Its good for new investors to get all sides of the issue. Truth sometimes hurts. Its not bashing to point out the fact the they are hiding the share structure by gagging the TA and refusing to give real numbers to make an informed choice. Also when you pull what they just did over the spin off it is quiet obvious what is going on. But said my peace, see ya at the next pump. Remember to look for Ricpic. He will tell you when the next pump will be and you can get your money back.

The fact the spin-off has been called off would lead me to believe this is heading for No Bid real quick poor paltalkers are gonna get killed this week. Crazy volume and the Ask doesnt move should tell you to get out or double down!

we will all see what things look loke in the near furture all i know is ican is no cmkx and anybody with a brain in there head can see that. cmkx never had any diamonds. ican on the other hand has real assets that produce renenue. a line of credit to buy more producing assets. and i management team with a good trac record. we will see ho things work out if it was easy then anybody could do it. glta

TA could be ICAN itself. Investopaedia says that a transfer agent "is often a commercial bank, although some corporations choose to act as their own transfer agent."
