Yea, that prediction of mine stunk. Boy I thought there would be more of a response to the news. Not sure what will get this thing going other than the things we already have discussed (ungag TA, spinoff, etc.) Either that or have so many acquisitions that it doesn't matter what the OS is because we know that the A/S is 12 Billion. Oh well, I definitley can be safe in saying today is going to very slow and we will stay in the .0003 to .0004 range.

I don't know either but ungagging the t/a is the only thing I can see helping right now...but if the os turns out to be 12 zillion, you're just going to have more negativity on it that will keep it down even longer. It's sad how a company can have so many assests and good news still be in this range. Like you said Leardon, Oh Well. I'm holding until I make money or they go private. I'm a patient man.

Just wanted to tell you guys I sold out at .0003 today, I just see this thing trading sideways for awhile. I took at 35% hit. I will buy back in on spin off news but I think Ed Hayter is playin us for fools right now. There is no reason to keep the TA gagged unless our stock is being diluted. Just my opinions don't hate me for it.

i think from eds point of view after all his hard work always increaseing assets and never having the pps move must be very dishearting i am getting fed up myself but we are close to make or break a person might as well stay in until the end. even if ed offered us .001 at this point i would double my money and go on to something else what is another 5 weeks wait at this point.

Hey, you got to do what is best for you. No problems here with you selling. Good luck.

Does anyone here have Level 2s for this? I was mainly wondering how many are trying to buy. I already own at .0003 and was thinking about adding more.

I am holding for long, no matter what is pps up or down. I like the ICAN Business model, it will be profitable in future if everything goes well. All i want is, Ed should make ICAN Credit history good. I believe right now 18% interest rate for mortgage for ICAN. It would be great if Ed work on that and bring down mortgage interest rate and raise the ICAN Credit history. IMO
:-)

It is a great model, if only it could break out.
Ed won't be able to get great rates without strong financials. Eventually he'll be able to bring the rates down but not before either he shows the financials or the MM's let go of the stock. It'll come...eventually.

It's gonna take more than a good PR. There's been a chain of excellent PR's in the past 2 or 3 months, and no pop.

i think that ed needs to come out with a pr reguarding the spinoff or the idea of going private with a buy out price exceeding what the pps is right now , imho that is the only way to get this one moving,... until then we are going to sit where we are right now.

I would say the buyback has restarted. Two large 50M blocks went through at 10:10 and 11:10AM, both at 0.0003.
I was wondering all of last week why we didn't see signs of the buyback. My feeling is now that Ed wants to do the buyback at 0.0003. I had a hard time last week to get a fill at 0.0003, even for 1M shares, perhaps due to the bump Ed caused on 5/19. So perhaps now the price has cooled down enough for them to get larger chunks at 0.0003. JMO.
Also, keep in mind that if Ed is too agressive in his buyback and bumps up the PPS too much, he could be accused of market manipulation. Not that the MMs don't manipulate the market all the time, but as the CEO Ed has to be especially careful and two wrongs don't make a right.

IBAC Corporation to Expand its Sanibel Steakhouse Brand
IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced that it will expand its Sanibel Steakhouse brand to Arkansas and Tennessee. The company will expand its Sanibel Steakhouse brand to its Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites location in Arkansas and its newly acquired Ramada Inn property in Memphis, Tennessee, each location will be 5000 square feet plus and will feature the same quality operations and format as the current Ft. Myers location.
The addition of these locations on company owned property will increase the Sanibel brand to two new states and heighten the brand's awareness; this will bring the companies Sanibel restaurant operations to five locations in three states upon completion of the build outs and the final two acquisitions of the Sanibel Steakhouses in Bonita Springs (to close August 15, 2005) and Naples, Florida.
"We are extremely pleased to be able to add these two locations to our Sanibel Steakhouse portfolio especially Memphis, Tennessee as this location is a free standing building located in an extremely high traffic area and just 2 miles from the world famous home of Elvis Presley (Graceland)," stated Edward W Hayter, President and CEO of IBAC Corporation. "The company will continue to acquire additional hotel properties in other states that can accommodate a Sanibel Steakhouse as we continue to grow our operations."
About IBAC Corporation: (Pink Sheets:ICAN). IBAC Corporation, through its operating subsidiaries, The Sanibel Restaurant Group/The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites/National Hospitality Management Services/Monarch Entertainment Group Worldwide, IBAC intends to grow aggressively throughout the next three years, through acquisitions, mergers and the building of new establishments.

Very nice way of expanding the Sanibel Brand name without incurring too much expense as well as getting the name out into two more states. Now he will have 5 Sanibel restaurants in 3 states and 1 of them right on the door step of Graceland. Very smart move.
