Something is up. I am getting tiny tiny partial fills now. 50K on one 5M order and 10K on another 5M order. That's strange. I was having 5M orders fly through all morning.

noah you are right in one aspect it is a long life and ed is in and out of thease shell companies a lot. if we do get bad there will be a lot less people ready to jump on the band wagon the next time he puts out the call as a matter of fact investores might would proably bash him hard

thanks 4tuneme i just blew it out of my favorites thats the only one i know of besides ican i will assume he is no stranger to this. last time i looked viyon still had a web site.

I don't know anything about Karl. I just get nervous when I see two executives go from company to company. Don't get me wrong, this can be good. I don't like to think of the negetive, but I have to entertain both side of the coin, otherwise I'm just a sheep.
Either they are a great team and there shouldn't be a problem with them going from one company to another. Or the're up to no good.
I don't know. I haven't been able to dig anything up, so I'm going to remain positive about this company. It helps knowing there is actual real estate involved.

well fellow icaners what to think of today i have no idea.it seems like a trap i am not a basher i hope the best for this stock and company but with volume this big are people really piling into this on the news or is ibac diluting? time will tell i guess.i am going to try and be optimistic as i have put more into this than i origionally planned to but i am becoming more suspicious and cuatious.tommorrow could be the day we have been waiting for maybe ed surprises us with some numbers and the stock runs up a few hundred %.that would be great huh.... i hope you all have the best of luck.i would love to talk a few years down the line with many of you about the great ican short squeeze wouldnt that be nice.

Could today's action have any link to the fact that a documentary about NSS was being filmed today in Washington DC ?
From a PR:

Could they have been putting on a demonstration for the cameras ?

ed was supposed to call one of the guys back on paltalk at the eod but I had to leave so i don't know if he did or not. But there was talk about ungagging the T/A by end of the month. I've waited it out this long...another couple of weeks isn't going to hurt me any more or less. your guess is as good as anyones as to what's really happening...dilution or nss, either way, I'm hanging on for now. why would you dump right now at these levels anyway? I'll check in paltalk tomorrow and see if there is any news. I would think there will be some sort of pr again about this but who knows??

A few days ago, someone did some quick calculations on ICAN's value based on authorized shares (not just open shares). So even with this conservative estimate, ICAN is dramatically undervalued.
Also, why would Ed dilute shares at the same time as he makes a huge buyback? That doesn't make any sense.

Where did the shares come from and who bought them? There are really only 3 possibilities:
1 - Dilution. This begs the question who buys the shares - one huge block in the afternoon alone was over 500M, or 100k. Whoever buys that many shares truly believes in ICAN.
2 - Large and small investors dumped their shares, because they don't want to wait for the announced move to another exchange (who knows how long it'll take). This probably would require that the OS count is higher than we assumed. Ed, the "investor", and all of us are buyers.
3 - Naked shorting. Ed, the "investor", and all of us are potential buyers. This implies that the announcement created enormous buying pressure, which the MMs kept down by naked shorting. Given how huge the volume was, I'm not sure if the MMs would have been able to hold it down this well, though.

4tune4me thank you for the contact info i called and talked to a secretary who was very kind.i asked if i could speak with mr.hayter she said he was busy at the moment but that he would definitely call me back.i was excited but also skeptical that he may not call at all.im sure that they have recieved tons of phone calls today and this was confirmed by the secretarty.i also asked being that i am in ny and their headquarters are in brooklyn ny if it would be ok if i dropped by some time to see the office and talk to ed in person.she didnt seem to mind and said that occasionally investors did come by to see how things were going.she was unable to answer some basic questions like when will the ta be ungagged , or when is the new hotel going to be operational , or when will we become a fully reporting company.i didnt expect her to know any of these ?'s but thought why not ask and just see her response.to all of the above questions she said that ed would be much better to answer these questions.i will keep you all posted if i can get ahold of him.good luck to all of you im still here long strong and not selling into this panic situation.i like the business plan, i like the stock ,i think our future is going to be alright if ed plays honest and i basically still think ican i think ican.i know i sound like a pumper and i dont care earlier today i had my confidence in this stock shaken a bit and im still a bit weary but i have to beleive that this will work out as this is a rare company that trades on the pinks that has real assets and revenues.one day we should be in the penny land i think.

It's a page turner, ain't it. Jokes aside. The amazing thing about it is we are still ending the day at .0003. This has been a test of the system. Push it to its limits and see what happens. Is it what was expected? It depends on who's formulating the hypothesis.

Where did all the volume come from? Well just to let you know what happend was that well over 90% of today's volume was buying. 500 Million of it was the investor that has been buying along with ED. Also Ed confirmed that he was buying more today, how much was his, we don't know yet. Hopefully he will PR the activity tomorrow. Also, the big one is that Ed has told a second source that he plans on Ungaging the TA by the end of the month. He wants to get the new property audited and on the books first before he does that.
The big question is if over 90% of today's volume was buying then who sold. You could say a bunch of investors got scared and sold but that can't be the bulk of the volume. Who would sell at these levels to take a loss. Remember, this stock as NEVER been at .0002 so anyone who sells here is taking a loss. The logical answer is naked short selling. That is the only thing that makes sense but we will see.
One of the things that is possible that is being discussed at Pal Talk is the fact that ED might be buying up a huge load here in order to retire it before the ungags the TA because by one report (not sure if true) Ed supposidly told someone don't be surprised if the O/S is 5 Billion. I guess all will be answered in a few weeks as long as he ungags the TA. Good luck to everyone.

Don't get me wrong, I'm in ICAN with about 12M shares at this point, which is a lot more than I planned initially. And at these prices, I actually continue to add.
The reason is that ICAN is extremely undervalued. For instance, at 5 Billion shares and a PPS of 0.0002, it's valued at only $1 Million. Just the value of their hotels & restaurants is many times more.
Perhaps the MMs have not been able yet to unwind their naked short positions since 5/19, because of Ed's agressive buyback. In that situation, the last thing the MMs want to happen is for the PPS to jump, so they are nearly forced to continue shorting. And I have to remind myself that 1 Billion shares traded seems like a lot, but it's only $200K or so, which is a pretty small amount for a trading firm. So the MMs could hold it down easily, even at over 1 Billion shares traded.
