No. The mms will have to cover those shares if there is ever some kind of court ruling on it which means that they will either have to pay a settlement to cover all at once or just buy shares back on the open market. Don't hold your breath though. I think Ed will make his decision about going private or moving to another board way before that.

Rumor Mill: Someone over at Pal Talk talked to Ed over the last couple days and said that Ed mentioned he is thinking of ungaging the TA by the end of the month. Again, take this for what it is worth. I wouldn't bank on it but it is at least something to look for, for us long holders.

Just another thought guys. It appears that all those 2s that are going through are actually buys at .00025. If they were sells, the number of mms at .0002 would have decreased, it has actually gone from 10mm at .0002 to 11mms at .0002 today. We think it is Ed buying shares at .00025 in order to buy the float up to go private but we will see. Again just a theory that fits some of the facts.

I am relatively new to penny stocks, but is this common (price being held down by MMs for this long)? I have a pretty good size investment in ICAN and I am getting a little worried that maybe this will never go back up. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Actually it is fairly common. Pennys will sit in a range for weeks and then all the sudden run over a day or couple days and then run back down if there isn't anything to support the run.

well it looks like the pressure is off on weather we will get are spin off at the end of june or ed would go private and us wondering what we would get. at the moment i like this option better.now all we will have to do is worry about the pps. if you are long in ican i think this is a better move
