This might hold water if there were a lot of nervousness about this stock. The thing is, it seems to me like it's institutional selling of this stock, not individuals. Most stock shares sold are from big lots with millions of shares, or assumed shares moving through the system. The buys are coming in in much smaller multiples from differrent sources. That tells me that stockholder confidence is very high with many buyers and stock availability is from a limited source.

When the big buys come in, coupled with the covering of any naked shorts, gives the potential of the PPS moving up very fast.

Of course, it will take a diamond discovery to really make a difference. Once the share structure is corrected and we get on a legitimate board, this stock will skyrocket. All the bshing in the world won't stop it. We just need diamonds....

SASKATCHEWAN'S URANIUM RESOURCES PROMOTED IN LONDON
Leaders of the world's nuclear industry received a presentation on
Saskatchewan's strength and stability as a global uranium producer.

Industry and Resources Minister Eric Cline delivered the keynote address
yesterday at the 2004 Annual Symposium of the World Nuclear Association in
London. Cline shared with the 500-plus delegates the role Saskatchewan is
playing in helping fuel the global energy future, and outlined the investment
climate for energy companies that exists in the province.

In his remarks Cline noted that while the medium and longer term hold
potential for growth for the world nuclear industry, there are short-term
challenges that need to be addressed. "Uranium supply is not currently keeping
up with demand on a global basis," he said. "Over the past ten years, the rate
of increase in demand has been more than three times the rate of increase for
primary production."

Cline said that even if all mines now planned are brought into production on
schedule, this will not be sufficient to meet projected demand, and that it
will take some time for primary production to catch up.

The minister said that with 30 per cent of global uranium production,
Saskatchewan is well positioned to meet those future needs. "No matter where
you are in the world, when it comes to uranium, people know Saskatchewan. Our
province can play a major role in helping supply world energy needs."

Cline told delegates that Saskatchewan offers a stable regulatory regime,
positive investment climate and competitive tax environment for the industry,
along with a skilled workforce and quality infrastructure.

The uranium industry generates more than $540 million a year in provincial
economic activity, and a further $40 million in direct taxes and royalties. It
also accounts for 4,800 direct and indirect jobs.

Cline's presentation to the World Nuclear Association was part of the current
Team Saskatchewan investment mission to Europe.

sorry for taking so long to acknowledge the message...i haven't posted for awhile and had to locate my password...there was just too much back & forth there for sometime *smile*....but anywhoo....

i also use trading direct and have the same question...the one line responses i've received from emails have ticked me off...i will be sitting down and writing them another email making it clear that this lack of professionalism is unacceptable....long story short (too late) ..i have not received ucad shares nor a eta...i was advised that they would be received when the dtc sends them...duh!!!...my 2nd email stated something like: i understand that the dtc has to first send the dividends...however...i am looking for research into an eta or a no-later-than date that these shares will appear in the account...anyway i received the same answer in a different phrase...now that i'm back in writing mode..this will be addressed ...

Now for the board..anyone w/ knowledge on this, please feel free to interject...who uses trading direct....the bbb indicates one complaint against them in 1999? ..something like that which was favorably resolved...so hopefully this is just miscommunication....until later...

BO RE: CMKX

There are 2 items that make comparisons to the prior 2 years not completely reliable:

1. Roger Glenn
2. Goldak/TDEM

Personally I believe Urban attempted to make CMKX legit and to address naked shorting prior to 2004 but found the road far too rocky. You cannot win that game without firepower (and even so, it's near impossible against well-heeled hedge fund opponents). IMO, the above two items changed the game. And now strategies have shifted completely. Unfortunately, they are not to everyone's liking as far as time frames are concerned. So now people are deciding how best to handle the stress including, but not limited to:

1. Doing more research
2. Venting
3. Selling
4. Waiting
5. Going on vacation

Right now, Roger has been on board for a little over 3 months. Relatively speaking, that's not a lot of time, particularly if the end game is to become fully reporting. For now, I go back and forth between 4 and 5 above. I'm tired of waiting too. Yes, there are many unanswered questions. But I see things as different today with Roger guiding Urban and with the aerial survey at hand. If others disagree, that's fine. I'm willing to cut Roger more slack than 90 days, particularly with dividends approaching. His plan may simply require a bit more time. I don't think he selected 9/24 and 10/1 as his dividend dates arbitrarily. We will see.

Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.

CT is planning a "Point / Counter-Point" show next week between the Green Baron and Stock Patrol. The Green Baron has graciously accepted the invitation and we hope the Stock Patrol will do likewise.

Sept 24 may be the day or reckoning for MM's when they have to pay the UCAD divy.

Sept 24, this year, is also the Jewish Yom Kippur, the "Day of Atonement"

The name "Yom Kippur" means "Day of Atonement," and that pretty much explains what the holiday is. It is a day set aside to "afflict the soul," to atone for the sins of the past year.

Your right to a degree, you don't know my background, I don't know yours, so on and so forth. The difference is that any ideas or theories you or I come up with pretty much stay right here and influence very few if anyone. When one of the prophets puts out a new theory however, it's all over the net in a matter of minutes. You know, Glassman just might be right. I wonder if they are on a payroll somewhere?
