Yeah, I was jagging ya little, child. You're in pretty good shape with 1/2 free, depending on what half is, and how much the other half cost, but I don't really care, but wish us both luck. This is fun for me too, at .0001, $250 worth of fun, like I said yesterday. I pay for my ticket, I get to boo or cheer, whichever is appropriate at any given time. I see some slob of a batter strike out 4 times in one game, he gets booed, I can see that same slob the next day hit 3 home runs, I'll cheer him. Problem with CMKX is they been in a terrible slump, and other rabid fans keep telling them how good they're doing. Well, IMHO, they're deserving every boo I can give them right now. Send that sickass PPS to .0009 or better, and I'll cheer my freaking head off.

Look I'm just having fun here, and tring to learn a little bit as well.I have nothing to lose.In @ .0001, 1/2 free shares and now with 57 free UCAD shares.(restricted) I'm just sitting back waiting and seeing. Besides I'm not smart enough to be one of "them".However I think you were kidding.

1. Bought into a Gold mine. 2. Are currently drilling on some good prospective diamond claims. 3. Just issued a dividend. 4. Just bought into uranium claims. 5. Fully reporting soon.
I see a lot of good with this company. If you want everything over night then maybe it is a slump. If you see them as methodically working their claims then it isn't a slump.
PPS is down because prospecting takes time. People are waiting for good news to jump in. Shorty may be shorting. OS is high.
If people have a better current investment then they should sell and go there. If you are in for a while then this has as good of prospects as any.

.....and people, especially this people can see it and call it as he pleases. All well and good that they're into all these deals. I bouhgt CMKX, in anticipation of the price rising, not to see how many claims they could sell and/or buy, and watch the price go down.
"2. Are currently drilling on some good prospective diamond claims." Are they drilling? "5. Fully reporting soon." You know something the rest of us don't? "If people have a better current investment then they should sell and go there. If you are in for a while then this has as good of prospects as any." Other people should be concerend with their portfolio, and not tell anyone what they "should" do. As far as being as good as any, arguable at this point. I see nothing REAL, no announcement of the value of these claims, just that they bought into some. Yea, yea, pie-in-the-sky value, but no REAL value. I'll believe it when the check clears the bank, until then it's speculation on the faithful's part.

Yeah it's great entertainment value. Especially when I'm accused of being a paid professional. So flattering I've been reading this thread off and on for a long time now in utter and complete amazement. I'm seriously thinking of starting my own mining company and dumping hundreds of billions of shares on the market. I could probably get rich pretty quick don't you think.. people will buy ANYTHING. I'm just holding out for the mother of all I Told You So threads these days. Should be a good one.
Good luck on the buy in. The handful of whackjobs who 'believe' in these things certainly have the ability to buy it up a notch or two so you might be able to work something out of it. I prefer to sit on the sidelines though.. reading the threads here is kinda like watching Cops. It *shouldn't* be funny to watch how stupid other people can be, but darnit, it just IS...

All right!! Who's the clown, pumping jackal that sent me a CMKX T-Shirt?
My neighbors made me take it off the Halloween scarecrow outside saying it would lower real estate values and that it was beneath their intelligence.
On top of that, there was a bunch of pump literature in the package with a chip stuck to one page. Thought it might be a diamond in the rough. No such luck! When I saw that it said "Limited Edition" on the back side, I realized it referred to CMKX and it's anticipated life span. Maybe that is UC's way sending a new kind of PR...you know, hidden messages.

The more DD I do the more I believe this is a scam.
CMKM(CMKX) also gave U.S. Canadian a one year option to acquire an additional 10% of CMKM's mineral claims for $15 million in cash. On July 27, 2004, CMKM announced that it had received $3 million from U.S. Canadian, representing a partial exercise of the option.
On the surface it seemed unlikely that U.S. Canadian would be able to come up with the necessary funds. Unlike CMKM and St. George, U.S. Canadian does file periodic reports with the SEC - the price it must pay to preserve its listing on the OTC Bulletin Board. Those reports suggest that U.S. Canadian faces considerable financial challenges. As of March 31, 2004, U.S. Canadian had $408 in cash, no current revenues, and concerns about its ability to continue as a going concern.
Matters hardly improved in the third quarter of 2004. As of June 30, 2004, U.S. Canadian had $1,321 in cash, no revenues, and cumulative losses of $17.7 million. So where did U.S. Canadian get $3 million - and why would it invest those precious funds in CMKM?
The answer can be found in U.S. Canadian's Form 10-Q financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2004. According to the Form 10-Q, U. S. Canadian agreed to sell 600,000 shares of its stock to an unnamed party related to CMKM at $5 a share. The $3,000,000 received by U.S. Canadian from that transaction was then paid to CMKM.
In other words, an individual related to CMKM funded U.S. Canadian's investment in CMKM - just one more swap in this series of intriguing transactions.
Are we back to being buddys again or did you slip up on your promise not to address me again? LOL If, buddys again, please capitalize the first letter of my name. Remember, I caught hell from noahltl for not capitalizing "j"!! LOL
Tradingpennys,
Glad you enjoyed that. Sorry you lost so much $$$ if you sold. So very sorry.

Bill, or anyone, who thinks there is truly a 800 bil OS, could you explain how it will climb to 1.5 trillion + by next Monday or Tuesday for the CIM distribution? Are you thinking we will have an AS increase to 1.5 trillion and 900 billion shares sold between now and then? If no one hns a believable answer for this, then you have to believe that something is going on behind the scenes that we are not seeing.

According to the published information regarding the dividend distribution of Casavant International Mining shares, shareholders will receive 0.0256 of a restricted share of Casavant International Mining for each CMKM share held. Assuming the full 40 billion shares of Casavant International Mining are distributed, that calculation pegs CMKM's outstanding total at more than 1.56 trillion shares.

The Nevada Secretary of State reported that as of Sept. 28 Casavant International Mining was only authorized to issue a modest 25 million shares.
Evidently some paper work will have to be completed before the Oct. 18 dividend-in-specie distribution of shares of Casavant International Mining.
Well, the end of that CMKX T-Shirt story is that I took it up to the farm and tried to get the bull to wear it. No dice, so I threw it on a pile of BS. And, would you believe it, a bear came out of the woods and grabbed it. It's now called the CMKX bear and hides out under an old, broken down oil drilling rig out in the boonies.
