Isn't that the pattern? However, it has to come to a point where it either happens, or the believers admit it isn't going to happen. I think the company has been here, kinda/sorta, once before when symbol was changed and/or CIM was set up, but nothing happened then, just the symbol change and .0001 for the longest time.

Sept 24 - Oct 1 are the divy dates. Those are key dates if there is a substantial NSS. However there is no date established for the very important question.....DIAMONDS ????

So, the squeeze of the century can happen between 9/24 and 10/1? Is 10/1 the pay date for the second dividend? Why two dates? Doesn't the accounting of the shares have to be done for the first dividend payable 9/24?

Theoretically, the MM's could "create" shares of UCAD, just like they did CMKX, and place them in our account. (Not saying that would be very wise, just possible) So, it is not a "drop-dead" date for cover.
However, they cannot create shares of CIM to put in our accounts, because there are none on the market, since it is a privately held company.
That's my understanding of the situation, so it is definitely IMO

You know what, don't answer that. They can't. That's the simple easy answer. I'm sure there's a theory out there that explains how it could be done but it's nothing but bunk. First Wizzaed: Yes I am hoping for alot. Aren't these the things that will make this long awaited showdown happen? Are these not the things we are told to expect by the longs/believers? Now Upside & noah: Did I not read bill posts saying that the UCAD shares cannot be put in our accounts because the are restricted? Did I not read that he confirmed that fact several times with his brokerage? Are you telling me that the information he inquired on and received an answer to is not accurate?

I know, Upman. I was using your previous post to reply on. bill's posts just support what you had said. I think he was told the UCAD shares have an R or are readily distiguishable from electronic creations. I don't recall the the exact words, but what he explained pretty much put the MM's in a chackmate situation. Therefore, my question regarding the accounting of shares by 9/24, the pay date of the UCAD has to be accurate. The shorts will be exposed, there will be NO wiggle room left, and no acceptable explantion other than the short squeeze of the century, didn't and isn't going to happen.

In any reasonable persons eyes, I would imagine. The chess game will be over at that point, it isn't check, it's checkmate. I accepted 8/20 as the check. Now the 9/24 date just has to be checkmate. I imagine that knight in the old Monty Python film, where he gets his arms. legs, head chopped off, and is still, saying, come I'll fight ya, might be the only holdout.

Will it take all the claims being sweetherted away, and a PR apologizing to shareholders that UC did all he could, but has to padlock the door and move on, because it just didn't work? Will it take the demise of CMKX to convince those that unreasonably hold to these beliefs? I want the squeeze, I want the PPS to go soaring.
