Canuck Administrator Reverse merging into SGGM? « Thread started on: Today at 5:37pm »

Then on the alert page I found a blurb regarding the recent SGGM activity so they were on the list at one point, some say as recent as yesterday. Things are getting interesting. I do not see SGGM on their site as a shell yet they make mention of it here.

"Attempted/completed reverse merger"? hmmmm....
The interesting part is if you scroll down the page and take note, almost all the other alerts are reverse mergers. Odd eh?

dw, I was hoping we would have had some directional news by today because of Urban's talk about Indy being more exciting than the Law Vegas party.
Now I understand that something coming out of the drill site has caused Urban to make an urgent trip to the site, and he may miss Indy. If he misses the "big race" of the year for a muddy drill site, I suspect that something pretty big is going on up there.
Other things that may have put a hold on the "big" Indy news, could just be sceheduling problems. Since Urban made the Indy statement, he has had a stroke, and had to put off the Sask meeting.
All in all, st the risk of giving the bashers even more ammunition, I have had some doubts due to the delay. Not enough to get me to sell yet though.
It looks like the key dates, are Sept 24 and Oct 1. If the MM's are squeezed, they could naked short UCAD to put shares in our account, but they cannot "create" CIM shares out of the air. Therefore, by Oct 1 when our CIM is due, something has to happen.
I'll have to wait for that before I would consider selling any shares. I also think we're going to see some SGGM shares come our way by dividend and/or merger.
Some accuse me of being a "pumper" of this stock because I bring DD and opinions here that are positive. Well, "guilty" of bringing positive information, but I'm not a pumper. There just aren't many people posting negative on the boards that I visit. I don't gain anything more than anyone else from this stock. I have a small investment in it, much bought at .0001 back in Feb. All I have, like many of you, is dreams that this stock will take off and pay well. If I am wrong about this stock, I along with most of the longs will lose a little money. It will only be a little because that's all I have invested. If I am wrong about bringing positive opinion to this board, then some other people may lose a little money. But the reason I bump heads with the bashers so frequently is that if they are wrong, many people who sell too early will lose their dreams. And that's a much bigger loss.

noah...they can not naked short or get the ucad shares in any way. they can not even buy them in the open market...they are restricted shares thus totally differant from common shares. the brokers know they can only arrive from ucad's t/a. it is done electronicly but the brokers will know the differance between them and common. i got this right from ameritrade. there is no way mm's can cover the ucad shares.

as i've said before i dont think its shorted the o/s is way too high but the differance between the ucad & cim split bothers me. i was thinking maybe UC cut the dividend amount in half that would equal out the numbers. instead of 40 it is 20 billion. maybe it was done in another deal. instead os 40 billion cim we get 20 and shares of a differant company making up the other 20. just guessing but something is causing twice the o/s for the cim split.

Thanks glass, I don't hold anything against you. First, I didn't know you considered yourself a basher. LOL You have your doubts about this stock, and that's fine. You normally back them up with good reasoning or DD. I don't evenn have any hard feelings against rchaud98, or whatever alias he is going by today. He's just a child that was obviously raised by Dr. Spock principles. The rest of the bashers just make me laugh.
I don't know why you think I should get in other stocks. I have invested in many stocks since I started in Jamuary, and have had surprising success in most of them. You just don't find me on the other threads very much, because I tend to be a lurker. I listen, learn and take my best shot. But I got involved in this one, because it carried the best opportunity at bringing the greatest return on a small investment. Until this one, I had mostly day or swing traded my stocks, with a few big board stocks that I hold protectively.

Dave has spoke to the Market Maker that is there. The MM told Dave that JEFF is a known shorter of CMKX and that the other MM's are really pissed at JEFF. MM said that NO WAY is UC working deals with JEFF in any way shape or form!! MM stated that it is very possible for people to have the UCAD shares in there accounts from the dividend as has been reported. MM suggested buying UCAD, that they expect it to be big. Dave mentioned the party in Vegas, MM stated that he doesn't think we will have a problem with money by then. ********************************************* OK, this is a quote, Dave was given the MM's permission to quote him......."CMKX shareholders will be real happy by Tuesday". ********************************************* Tom
The CEO of UCAD and Sterling will be at the races Sat. and Sun. Cris from UCAD confirmed that Urban is at the drill site and will not be at the races. Her comment to Dave was, It must be something really big for Urban to miss the races!!!

Last word from Dave tonight, Urban is going to do his best to be at the races on Sunday. Ron says that we still have the rest of the samples from the Carolyn pipe in storage. Ed, from the green Baron does not think we will hear any news until after Tuesday, but he does feel that we can make plans for a party in Vegas. Jeff Arend spun his tires, but has 3 more chances to qualify, Connie had Transmission problems on the cycle.

I was in Sterling's classroom last night (or early this morn, Sept.4) and Drymouth relayed these rumors after talking on the phone to ElCamino(Jose) and Hybrid(?).
1. 45,000 CMKX shareholders 2. Stopped drilling Thurs. because they found what they were looking for. 3. Valuation over $1 trillion to be released soon. 4. Cash dividend still on its way to us. 5. Carolyn Pipe drill bit chewed up by diamonds. 6. UCAD shares to become unrestricted soon. 7. CMKX moving to otcbb. 8. We will be happy by Tues.
We have to keep in mind that these are RUMORS and should take anything other than a company PR with a grain of salt.

Just hope they're true. However I won't get my hopes up. Just remember Mt. St. Helen. Now a different is source is being used to leak inuendo. No official word, yet. I will be happy when I'm officially happy.

We went through all this with Denver before. There were a dozen rumors swirling based on what people were hearing at the races AND NOT ONE OF THEM CAME TRUE. So please. Seriously. Let Roger do his thing and set your expectations at "we'll know more in due time" and not at "I will be rich by Tuesday". I have to say that the whole "our drill broke because we hit diamonds" thing sounds EXACTLY like the kind of BS rumor that starts flailing around because Ron or someone else said "We're happy with our progress in drilling" with a smile and someone went off the deep end in interpreting that. It all just sounds silly and I would caution everyone JUST AS I DID WITH DENVER that posting crap like that is unhealthy for everyone. If it is true, then let it unfold. Otherwise, it is a huge set-up for disappointment. I believe this will be huge but as soon as people start stating "Tuesday for sure" then I pretty much KNOW it won't be Tuesday. Chill out and enjoy your Labor Day weekend. Be thankful you're not in Frances' downpour. There were many weekends in the past few months where everyone expected complete and total victory by the next trading day and they did not eat, sleep or move, and were glued to their computer. And guess what? The stock opened at .0004 and stayed there all week.
The bottom line is we don't know when any big news will hit and the races have already PROVEN to be a festering breeding ground for false rumors. I implore you to PLEASE enjoy your weekend and set your expectations at "soon" and not "tuesday".

Are we supposed to have the UCAD dividend in our accounts already? Are some people saying they have it? I thought the payout day was 9/24.. I don't know about you guys but I don't have mine yet...

I'm not saying if this is the truth or not, but from past experience(dated a core driller for over ten years), many things can cause a diamond drill bit to be damaged. Limestone ,shell rock, and iron being the worst....I'm sure some things could be even worse than those, but the person I dated did not drill for any resource other than coal. However, when the bit became worn out, the drilling stopped for a time until another bit was available. Most companies do not keep those on hand and order them as needed because those bits are very expensive and some have to be custom made.

I have asked a question like this before but I am still confused. Someone said something about getting dividends from stocks linked with CMKX. What are those stocks and when and how much dividend would I be getting from them. I have owned CMKX since about April and have yet to see a dividend. I know this is stupid, I guess Im just a little slow...

You should go consult the past Press Releases, real quick, go to Yahoo Finances, then type cmkx.pk into the search stock area, then when cmkx quote loads up, read the news releases at the bottom of the page that should have the Press releases up until June 1st or so... I hope this helps.
