If I had 5 apples and gave you 2, and noah had 4 oranges and ate 1, and gave me 1 and you 1, and you 7 bananas and turned 4 of them into apples and gave me 1, how many shares would of UCAD would the SEC and DTC give the MM's to cover the secret deal with United Fruit Workers of America?

Could it really have had happened like that? I doubt that the SEC, DTC, would engage in deal making with CMKX, UCAD, and MM's. It's just another a conspiracy theory.

What I do understand, is what my trading account shows. My UCAD dividends as of today, are worth more than what I have invested here, with more dividends to come. Oh, I know, "what will they be worth later on". I'll save you the trouble with a different opinion. A whole lot more.

so noah and i'm not trying to fight i do believe we will make a nice profit, UC said ok i'll dilute my companies share structure, i'll stick it to all my faithful shareholders by the count of 300 billion shares (800 billion a/s minus 21 billion is the same as 500 billion minus 21 billion) even though i have a stupidly high o/s of 479 billion just so the mm's can get away with stealing from small investors. he thinks if its naked shorted and it does get covered we will be ok with a 60% smaller cover? 300 billion is 60% of 500 billion. sorry i'm not ok with that. if the mm's were short 300 billion shares they get held accountable for 300 billion shares not stick it to me or dilute my stock by 60%. there wont be any run on the pps. it will bounce around right where it has. CIM was cut and cmkx will somedayy have to come clean about that. what your saying is that mm's have to cover 100% of the a/s in 2 weeks. I'm not selling are you? they can't distibute a dividend to more shares then the a/s thus either it isnt short or 800 billion shares will not get the CIM dividend or better yet UC will sell the mm's 800 billion CIM shares and he can have 2 companies with a 800 billion o/s

Will, you're my friend but sometimes I just don't understand you. The plain truth is staring you right in the face and you won't accept it. We are in the midst of the squeeze which is part 1 of the master plan. We probably only have 47 steps and 34 years to go until it all unfolds. Again, are you just ignorant? Urban and Roger only have our futures at heart, just lay back and let them take care of us.

Bill read the post again. He didn't dilute with the extra 300 billion shares of CMKX AS. He had to raise the AS because it would be illegal to issue dividends to more shares than there were legal.

You know, sometimes the initial "squeeze" doesn't result in an eruption. Sometimes it takes time, manipulation, further squeezing and what not to achieve the end result. Understand?

Right, and no one is short anything. Look, no one is denying that NSS ocurrs. It probably ocurred with CMKX to some extent. The wild trillion share NSS, and the double NSS theories, just didn't exist. You won't see the evidence of "the squeeze of the century". When you the opposite emperical evidence of squeeze happen, decrease in PPS, how do you site that as a beginning of a squeeze. I thought a squeeze would increase the PPS. You cannot hold to a premise when reality shows you wrong. You cannot change the truth to suit your arguement. The price went down! That means NO squeeze, not that one is coming. The record date was 8/20, paid date 10/6. The UCAD chickens are in the henhouse, it's over, no squeeze happened.

Ok Will my basher friend, if the squeeze isn't going to happen and we now have untradable UCAD shares with untradable CIM/CMI shares coming and GEMM shares worth anywhere from 2 to 15 dollars per million CMKX shares on the way, where does that leave us? ok, that is the way you worded it, sorry...so UC just diluted my dividend by 60% thanks UC oh ya he lied to the SEC to do this, glad he has a lawyer. sorry about the sarcasism but please the SEC will not get involved in a cover up yes they are not the most honest group in town. with all the lawsuits over this problem you think they would give anyone the smoking gun? they do that and they are targeted for blackmail also i thought Roger was so ethical wanted straight up play by the SEC wouldn't stand for underhanded backdoor dealings. i'm not saying cmkx is a scam i'm saying this grand slam stock is going to turn out to be a double at best

Most probably it will leave us at .0001. As far as the UCAD dividend is concerned, can't say. When will the restriction be lifted? No one knows. The CIM dividend is messed up like Hogan's goat. The GEMM will cost you more to sell then they're worth. A diamond find? Seems the faithful believe CMKX have found them in great quantity. Have they? I doubt it. The thing I am counting on is that the faithful are just crazy enough, and can bring in more faithful, and this thing can run again. Like I said though, at .0001 I'm stuck for $250, pretty cheap late night entertainment for 4 months+, and with no sign of the faithful giving up it will go on for a year or more. So, for $250 I get to see this unfold/collapse, whichever way it goes. I don't think the faithful are right, but I do think we might have some value. When? I have no idea. The ones I feel sorry for are those that have $15,000, $25,000 + in this mess. They were betting heavy on an October surprise. I just hope the surprise isn't .0001 until October of 2005. I thought I saw a post last weekend that the poster expected this week to be a good week, and was buying or had bought more at .0003, already having over 50M shares. I know I saw the same person post that they expected that all the things that convinced them to buy would be validated by the end of October. So, let's not give up now. Let's not hold anyone to 8/20, 9/24, 10/06, let's wait to the end of October for .51 buy out.
