Looks like someone forgot to pay the quotemedia bill or at least forgot to re-up the subscription.
Other than that, it all looks the same to me.
On another note, Songwi.com is showing that the presentation is not active. I haven't looked at it in quite some time though, so this might be really old.

10, I liked to look every so often at the site.
I would click on RPH and read his messages{just in case something NEW was up} Now that he did that to his site, the heck with it. My hubby actually signed me up over there without my permission {and added years to my age!!!!!!!!}
I told him I wasn't interested and now that I do like to peek, I don't know what he put as my password, and don't want to ask him LOL

I have called John a couple of times and he has not called me back either. I'm hearing consistant stories from others. Either he is on the lamb or he is stalling for some reason...maybe he was flying Jet Blue and couldn't get home. Perhaps, he does not want to put out his PR until Rufus puts out his proxy. I'm sure Rufus does not want to put out his proxy until John puts out his PR. Lovely!
I AM FED UP!

Did anyone find anything about a CEO having to be a US citizen? Someone called in and told Simon you have to be a US citizen to run a US company, but I he didn't give any info to back it up. I've tried searching the SEC site as well as Delaware's corporation site about this, but I haven't found a definite law either way. Delaware's site says you can operate a LLC if your a non citizen, but that's as much as I've found.
A quick answer to your question is ....... Check who is the CEO of a company named Eastman Kodak. That should answer it with a big NO.

Some say that this has been Rufus' plan all along...you know, to catch the shorts...and when I say "all along" I mean from the time he began planning this battle as long as 2-3 years ago. Some say that it has been his goal all along for them to never forget the name Rufus Paul Harris. Was it planned, or is he just reacting to the bad guys?
If Rufus is not just reacting to the criminal activity that is being perpetrated on our company…if he actually merged with Fronthal for the purpose of going after them by setting a trap…Shouldn’t he have put out a (secret) proxy vote to the shareholders about what his plans were? I know that this sounds crazy, but hear me out.
If it was his intention from day one to take us on this roller coaster ride and to use us to trap and defeat the shorts, shouldn’t we have been told about it? Shouldn’t we have voted on it if it was his actual “business” plan? We are told that many of the JV projects on the cvsu.us website were not real and were only there to trap the shorts. Shouldn’t he have given those who did not have the stomach for it to bail out? Shouldn’t we have been given some sort of idea of what the compensation would be for holding long and strong throughout the war?
We are talking about two very different things here. It is one thing for this to just happen to us and for him to react to the illegal activity that is prevalent in the market place today. It is another thing entirely for him to deliberately take us (the shareholders) into this battle without us knowing what we were getting into.
Some say that Rufus never intended for this company to move on past this. He even hinted strongly that he did not plan on being the CEO past November. They say that his goal was to get us shut down and placed into receivership so that he could prove and win a RICO settlement against the SEC and the bad guys. My question is…is this legal?
I'm jusk asking...

James I apologize for not getting back to you yet. I asked my brother to send this message so you at least know I am back. I do have news for sometime later today or the morning. I have been in the hospital for the last two days so I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I will get in touch with you later today. I believe someone tried to call me this morning while I was still in the hospital but I could not get an answer but I can not use the cell phone there. I will be out some time late today.

so why is he trying to contact dogman? I'm sorry that he was in the hospital...(if he was...not saying that Tut is fibbing) Portman? Do you ever hear anything from this man? Does the SHC even excist anymore? I wonder how long all these players can continue to play the game?
AND? why hasn't the SEC just completely shut the damn thing down? SO FRUSTRATING!

He as probably bitten by a cobra as he was lollygagging around trying to find the gates of victory.
Sorry if this comes off a bit harsh but im not buying the whole hospital bit. As our self appointed CEO he should have had his brother (cough cough) send that message out days ago.
If we get a PR tonight or tomorrow with ANY REAL SUBSTANCE ill personally write him an apology email to the address above.

I think that they are both stalling in an effort to get as close to the March 5th date as possible. JMHO.

Imagine the amount of people that would be standing inline to plant a foot there on him or Rufus. I spare no one including myself. I deserve a swift kick in the pants for holding this

Well St Matt, i think thats our last "chance" to salvage anything. If indeed this new regulation is going to "save" the world against naked shorting then things could turn around i suppose.
But, if he lied about being in the hospital to buy time he might as well go back to what he does best...pumping stocks for money.

I see that Eastman Kodak is a worldwide company, so I would expect their CEO could be a foreign citizen. I guess you could say that CSHD is a worldwide company as well, but I don't think we have offices anywhere but in the US. Either way, I would imagine the CEO of Eastman Kodak can at least visit the US...Now I don't know if its true about John not even being able come here or not, so I'm not making statements here...just asking questions.
I'd like to see a rule or something. Until then I want pass judgement either way (I'd actually lean toward it not being a problem until I see a law or rule).

Im REALLY interested in the story that Arlitt can not come to the states. Last i checked all you needed was a passport for either a Canadian citizen or German citizen so whats the problem? I suppose if they classified it as a "Work visa" they could deny him but again im curious why they would do so.
Rufus obviously has a seriously tarnished track record right now but the BS that has come out of Tut the past 5 months SHOULD be criminal IMO...especially if he has any secret involvement with any previous officers. I dont doubt that there is a PR coming.....i just doubt it will have any real substance.
Prove me wrong Tut!

Every day something comes up to "delay" the CEO'S words!
I have to agree with 10 , about John "reporting" to dogman. Don't anyone try and tell me there is no phone service at a "hospital" If he is truely the CEO , sorry had to clear my throat, He could have sent out a pr.or at the very least, had his 'brother' post on several boards , to all MY shareholders blah blah blah.
First it was Germany, then wait , he's going somewhere else {Russia ?}but he'll be home tomorrow oh wait, he's stranded in the snow , but will be home today or tomorrow, wait a minute, he's not in the snow, he's in the hospital!
All of the above is hearsay, except for pr.stating he's going to Germany.
Rufus, to my knowledge has not sent out the proxy!
I've been quiet for some time now, but dang it, enough is enough!I say put up or shut up! And all groupies from both sides should QUIT giving tidbits here and there. Let Tut or RPH talk for them selves !Please no more "insider" news.IMO it makes the "company" look more crazier! If that's possible!
Wow, I feel better
P.s. If he really is in the hospital, hope he feels better

Hey guys, I have an idea....why don't we ALL take over the company??? One of us can be the CEO, the rest can be the board of directors.....we should hijack the company & tell Alana we are taking over, change the name, but use the same business plan.....
....so how do we go about doing this....? Can I send out a proxy? HeHe
