I didn't understand what this company did so I checked out their home page & this is what it says:

I was wondering...is the a federal website that can be checked for when people enter or leave the US based on passport information. I thought I remembered the other day seeing JA inthe hospital after returning from Germany but then I thought I saw he may have not returned yet.
Another approach, RPH mentioned the bonds were held in Euroclear. Can euroclear verify when folks "stop at the building" to review paperwork? Maybe JA signed a sign in sheet when he was over there.
Just grasping at straws...Ohhh, am I confused and tired.

I'm taking a flight on Sunday...my friend is a manager one of the airline desks...I will ask her if there is a way to look up & see someone's flight itinerary....

Theres ways, but they won't be available to regular joe shmoes, most likely only police/feds can access records like those.

More than likely there are no people to replace those old ones so the website just left the old ones...
I don't know about that...If they got rid of someone, it was for a good reason and they would not want those people to be affiliated with the company. Also, if they got rid of someone, normally a company would have a plan for a direct replacement,successor.
In Sabra's case, if she was releived of her duties I wonder if she found another job yet. If so, somebody should now with all the publicity around CSHD in the U.S. I would think somebody would say she's is now working for xyz corp.

Jenna for some reason I can't see Rufus forking out the bread it would cost for almost a thousand copies of a 149 page proxy. To actually produce anything that cost money to CSHD hasn't been his style from what I have seen. I think there was only a grand in the company treasury up till recently. So I can hardly wait for it to happen. I still want my 6:1 share distribution.
By the way I love the title of this thread.

There's a better chance for snow during July in Texas than there is that either of the bozo's (JA or RPH) will produce anything of value for CSHD . At this point your only hope is to hold it for several years until someone picks up the shell or sell it and take your losses and pursue legal actions if able .
