I suggested "Tradin' Dreams". That pretty much sums up what this stock has been.

Hello Everyone,

I know a lot of you have PM'ed me to ask about our little cousin Dante....& I thought I would just update all of you because I know he has been in some of your prayers...Thank you to all of you who have asked about him, including Anissa:

I went to the hospital yesterday to see Dante...He is still in a coma....I went into his room & saw a tiny little head, a tiny little arm, & tubes everywhere....I had to leave the room within seconds because tears were rolling down my face & I didn't want to upset his parents all over again....It's strange because I am a nurse....but when it's a baby laying there it's totally different..( I know he is 5, but to me that is still a baby)...

He had tubes coming out of everywhere....The tubes that were draining fluid from his head somehow are not draining cancerous fluid but he still has 2 other tumors in his head...one burst...that's what caused the coma....no warning...no signs....just playing one day & in a coma the next...there really hasn't been much hope because one of the tumors is twisted around his brain stem so it's inoperable...The doctor's are trying radiation anyway just to see if the tumors shrink....He has had one treatment everyday for the past 4 days...& yesterday he had a catscan to see if the tumors are shrinking.....so far we don't know the results...

A nurse came in to suction him, his mom said he hates it....when the nurse was done suctioning him a tear rolled down his cheek...I couldn't help but notice his perfect little lips & how cute his little nose was despite the tubes coming from them....he looked like every child....he looked like everyone's baby....perfect...an angel

I had brought with me a St. Jude's Prayer Card & a small metal of St. Jude.....I noticed near his head, on his pillow, he had about 6 prayer cards, some were Mary, and some were Padre Peo, which are both are wonderful...but he did not have a St. Jude....I looked at his mother while holding the prayer card & metal, & she said,"Please go ahead put it down near his head, thank you." She took the medal of St.Jude & clipped it to a ribbon near his I.V. ...

His father came into the room & immediately noticed the St. Jude's Prayer card....HE PICKED IT UP & READ THE PRAYER....

After a while, his parents left the room to make some phone calls...In the meantime, I turned to his aunt, who is my cousin, & said, "Vivian, talk to him again, see what he does..." I said that because he seems to move his head just a tiny bit when Vivian talks to him....We went over to his bed, me, my husband, his aunt Vivian, & his grandmother....

Vivian leaned over, rubbed his hair on the side of his head & said, "Dante, wake up buddy, Uncle Chuckie's going to buy you a puppy, & it doesn't matter what daddy says, you getting one..." Just then Dante moved his head all the way toward Vivian's voice....I said,"Oh my gosh, Vivian keep going..."

Then Vivian said,"Dante, what kind of puppy do you want? Proably a Beagle right? You got to wake up so you can play with him.." Just then Dante did a full body stretch....just like someone does as they are about to wake up.....Vivan yelled,"Oh my gosh, he has never done that yet!!"

I ran out of the room & down the hall to get his parents.....& ran back...his parents were a few seconds behind me....

We told them what he did & they wanted everyone to demonstrate exactly what he did....His mom said,"He's never done that before!!"....unfortunetly he didn't do it again while his parents were in the room, but somehow we were still full of joy even if only for the moment....

So who knows....

Maybe the tumors are shrinking.... I know your prayers are working... Maybe just maybe if his daddy keeps reciting St. Jude's Prayer & maybe if we all keep praying for Dante we might just get a miracle.....

Thank you all & I truely mean it,
Thank you...

Jenna

Wow, what an investigative reporter that Lee is....NOT! Seems like he just read the internet and summed it all up to his liking.

The grand jury stuff is interesting. I wonder where that's going on, if it still is. You would think we'd hear something from that one way or another.

The follow up articles should be interesting.

To be perfectly honest, you could use MOST of that article as a timeline and recollection of what took place between early July late year and now. Ok, there are some consipiracy theories thrown in there as well but from what I can tell he mostly wrote about what is considered "fact" by a very large amount of people.

Its a keeper IMO but hopefully he is wrong about a couple of little details.......

odd that one of the anti-Webb comments following the article mentions Corey's role, as though the toxic financing somehow is contradictory to Webb's recap...

all in all, looks pretty accurate...nothing *jumps out* out at me as a glaring error, on first read...

Your right Tex. The only thing that didn't settle with me was the part about Rufus being in jail for "the better part of a month"....

There is no evidence of that....Rufus stated he was in trouble for violating probation & was in jail over night...that is far from being a month.....

But everything else was really just a "recap"..

Jail time s/b public record...

"violating probation"? what was/is he on probation for? lol, I saw posts suggesting he was in a bar fight... I tend to ignore that stuff, however. As you know, if it doesn't contribute to the discussion, I get bored with it pretty quickly...

On SPR RPH said that he was on probation because of a prior mistake(indicating DUI or something)...he never really claimed what it was..and he wasn't suppose to be at any place that served alcohol...

I'm not sure about Georgia law but here in Texas , depending on what you are on probation for as to whether you get back out quickly or not . Most of the time the probation officer will file a "MTR" which means motion to revoke probation . This usually does mean the person spends about a month in jail until the judge hears the MTR and either lets them back out or does revoke their probation and force them to serve out their time in jail instead of on probation .

Point of the story is Rufus could have spent a month in jail very easily and I am not sure it would show up on public records at all .

Apparently Webb posted on that other board....I cant seem to find it but i guess it must have been in bad taste.

Rufus responded that once he is finished with the SEC and Market Manipulation, Mr Webb is next.

To save you the trouble "thesource", yes, im still following this and yes I will continue to as long as it doesnt interfere with my life in any way. [Smile]

Have you guys seen the "name the foals" contest RPH has got going over there? He's giving away CSHD shares as if they were karma-points, and we all know how much those are worth.

I think someone posted something about David Koresh and his following the other day? This is starting to look more like Jim Jones. They might want to start having their Kool-aid tested each morning.

Oh I forgot, RPH is a night person.

Well, my first real question on that "other" board and I get a halfazzed response from Rufus and actually im kind of insulted. I wonder if he knew i was one of his supporters. I think ill throw a new conspiracy theory up every night.....ive got my own brand of koolaide and im going to start serving it.
-------------------------------------

Yesterday at 6:20pm, mrcatiaengineer wrote:
Im drinking a beer and poking around tonight, looking through some "older" CSHD stuff and I have a question. Maybe Mr Harris can answer this, or maybe someone else understands it enough to explain it.

Back when Mr Harris was given that "Republican of the Year" award I always understood it was related to a cash donation to a political campaign...but maybe i was only half right. Here it shows that it wasnt cash, it was shares.....12000 actually. Were these accounted for someplace? I see here that the guy who received them filed but where is "our" filing?

http://edgar.brand.edgar-online.com/EFX_dll/EDGARpro.dll?FetchFilingHTML1?Sessio nID=gCQIj4St_vinECr&ID=4683041

Not a real big deal I suppose but im bored so this is what ya get [Smile]

edit : I see he is still holding them and they are considered "insider" shares. Still confused.

http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/Holdings.asp?mode=&kind=&symbol=cshd&symbol=&symbol=&s %20ymbol=&symbol=&symbol=&symbol=&sym bol=&symbol=&symbol=&FormType=&mkttype=&pathna%20me=&page=holdingssummary&select ed=CSHD

From Mr Harris..........

Dude; Your post had to be influenced by the beer

That has got to be the craziest theory I have heard yet, I paid nothing at all for any of the awards, If you contribute to a campaign it is reported annually!!

You definitely get the “CrashDummy of the Year Award” No shares included, Sorry

5,000,000 Karma to the one that creates the best CrashDummy Award Photo

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dude,

Being a supporter of yours this post sort of irritates me because its a legitimate question regardless of it being a "theory". Not to mention, I also asked about the 12000 listed as either institutional shares or insider shares and you basically skipped over that question.

Maybe beer influenced you as well?

I did NOT start the theory that you "bought" that award, that theory has been around for quite some time now, and please dont pretend you are not aware of that. Im just following up on some old "leads" and I apologize if those leads are not tainted in koolaide. To be perfectly honest, in a later post I mentioned that those shares were looking a lot like "institutional" shares, which I consider a good thing.

More theories to follow.........i hope you enjoy them as much as the last one. But maybe you will find the time to actually respond to the post instead of criticizing me. I maybe a Harris supporter but im not a blind one.

Oh, and about that "crashdummy of the year karma". Keep it, this karma means squat compared to the karma ive developed in my "real life". Im a good person and the best part is my TRUE karma is not in question.......can you say the same "dude"?

I expected more from you.....but hey, im getting used to being let down.

Mr C

from the latest article (ital my emphasis):

quote:
Tracing through the murky morass, if a legally constituted board of directors dismissed Mr. Harris and did not get around to appointing a successor, and if Mr. Alexander did not have the requisite voting power to give effect to the subsequently announced corporate changes, it may well be that Conversion has not had a properly appointed chief executive officer since Nov. 2, 2006.

Hey Tex, you should enjoy Webbs latest article. It goes into the toxic financing with a bit of detail. I still think Webb is a jerk but as ive said...there is SOME truth to what he writes, and maybe even more than any of us realize yet.
