Funny but true.
Hey Rufus...we did it! Now let's go with the 6 for 1. That along with a quarter may be enough to get me a cup of coffee (but not from Starbucks).

Stockstar...he moved about 17 horses from the ranch to his home...where there was very few acres and no "barn"...a couple of horses died...the Humane society charged him with cruelty and took the horses..and another died while in their care...that's about it in a nut shell..

Man, was it really 17 horses? I don't remember him having that many, but I never really looked into it.

This was posted on a few other boards, and it may have some relevance. I haven't heard any good explanations to be honest with you, but FWIW here it is:

What it means is/was the big question. I think there were plenty of negative answers on HSM and some positive answers on RPH's board.
I'm not sure about the verification, but I don't recall anyone verifiying it.
The reason its just a screen shot is because its something you have to pay $20 to see.

Pretty big volume today and not just on big purchases. Who's selling and who's buying this thing?

Strange, isn't it. And no news. Maybe a few of the shareholders have finally given up and are selling to get enough to pay the commisions.

Basically, the new Reg SHO rules have finally been registered. It looks like the grandfather clause will be dead on 10/15/07. From what I've read, the system has 35 days from then to clean up....or else...who knows?

Reading over the new Reg SHO stuff....what keeps the crooks from just trading failures every 13 days or so (like Bennet explained at the hearing)? I like that the SEC made the change, but I don't see that the new rules address this problem...unless I'm missing something, and I sure hope I am!

For those playing along at home...the cvsu website is down. Someone called and was told that it expired on the 8th of August and that it would take $159 for another year. They were also told that RPH or Paul Poetter needed to call to reactivate it.
The nice thoughts over on RPH's board is that it isn't needed anymore because we're moving on. On to what...who knows.

I don't know if anyone here has read much about the 4309 Inc. thing, but someone on RPH's board has found that www.4309.us has just been registered. This .us stuff is what all of RPH's sites were...Could be...hmmm interesting, maybe.

Probably because 4309.com was already registered by someone....
.us is another avenue when your .com domain name is already taken.

Hey i havent seen a good PUMP around here lately so ill throw one out. It was posted again (gets bumped every now and then) on the other board and I always thought it was a good read......
++++++++++++++++++
RPH: "Direction; Why would someone place shares on EuroClear?"
RPH: "More like collateral! But for What?"
StockProphet: "UNLESS A FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT IS LOADED ONTO THE EUROCLEAR SYSTEM, BECAUSE IT IS PART OF AN ONGOING TRANSACTION, IT IS SIMPLY LODGED IN A SAFEKEEPING ACCOUNT AT SOME BANK SOMEWHERE...TUCKED AWAY FROM THE WORLD, JUST LIKE YOUR OWN SAVINGS ACCOUNT. EUROCLEAR IS A PLATFORM FOR BANKS TO BUSINESS WITH EACH OTHER, NOT A SAVINGS ACCOUNT.
YOU DO NOT LOAD AN INSTRUMENT ONTO EUROCLEAR UNLESS IT IS BEING TRANSFERRED OR IS PART OF A LARGE FINANCIAL TRANSACTION. EUROCLEAR IS NOT A SAVINGS ACCOUNT...IT IS A BANK TRANSACTIONAL PLATFORM."
RPH: "The Correct Direction!!"
SP: ""UNLESS IT IS BEING TRANSFERRED OR IS PART OF A LARGE FINANCIAL TRANSACTION. So what is really going on with these shares? What transaction were they really part of?"
RPH: "What was the link between CMO’s and stock? Find that answer!!"
SP: "The collateralized mortgage obligations that we just saw tank one of the largest hedge funds and Broker dealers (brookstone)."
RPH: "The correct path!!"
RPH: "What was behind the margin calls!!"
Geoson: "Just a guess. In the case of CSHD, restricted shares THAT WERE put on hold or cancelled in the merger. No way to cover their shorts now, and no collateral left either."
RPH: "A fact!"
SP: "Are we done on the CMO and what backed the margin calls?"
RPH: "Ok what collateral was used? Here we go Toxic financing!! Rule 415"
Terps: "wonder if there are more certs out there now than the float allows?"
RPH: "With BBAN it was 500-600 hundred Million by the time the truth came out!! ADP records!!"

Im not sure, a couple of months ago maybe. I tried to find a date but it was "bumped" so many times the trail appears to be gone.

Well, it looks like this horse is finally (sadly) dying. A few of the faithful still around but the company is silent, Rufus has vanished, and the mightly share price has dwindled away...
Watch, now it will run to $1.00 LOL.

I don't think its dying. The hype has worn off, but its not dead yet. Rufus is still around as well. I think we're all just in waiting mode. Everyone wants it to happen sooner, but its out of everyone's control except the judge IMO.
