The above was pertaining to the following Deer Leases.com, Inc, Ecowood, Inc, JMS O.T.R. Trucking, Inc, Rainforest Preservation Foundation, Inc, S&C Concrete Contractors, Inc S&C Commercial, LLC S&C Concrete, LLC S&C East, LLC S&C West, LLC JMS Construction, Inc
To include the following individuals MA, PA and DP
The AG office of Oklahoma City also obtained all record of a certain Auditors in OKC

The details are being worked on, so just hang in there a little longer!! All shares will count, the exchange process is new territory so may take a little time to perfect, but is very necessary the share exchange will also cause any illegal shares sold into the market a lot of problems

No Paul Poetter did not buy 4309, Inc with his own money, We (Ben and I) along with a number of people packaged a Trust solely for the purpose of purchasing 4309, Inc to execute a share exchange with cshdAfter the shell was located we asked Paul Poetter to sit as CEO of 4309, Inc until we completed a few other things.

I see Rufus is just a crazy as he's always been ........ I was hoping the CSHD movie was alrady in the works so I could watch it and see how the whole thing ends up but I guess its not going to happen anytime soon .
I sure hope you guys and gals are not investing anymore of your money on the crack pot and his empty promises . Good luck to all .

Here is a sum up....just remember this is a sum up of what Rufus has said.....I am only summing it up....PR's & filings are what we NEED...Here goes:
4309 Inc. is the shell....They will be taking 1 share of CSHD & we will get 1 share of 4309 inc
The 6:1 will happen.
Grey shares will get 1:1.
MA & his wife & James Gee's personal accounts have been frozen...
The share exchange may start as soon as the end of the month....COULD TAKE A LONG TIME....
There are only about 47 million shares that are true shares....anything being turned in after that will still be accepted but the broker we bought them from will have to pay 4309 inc.'s shareholders how ever much we decide on....NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE.....NAME YOUR PRICE!!!
In- house T/A & Brokerage....Look at Oracle....They do the same thing.....due to the new in house T/A Broker 4309 inc. CAN NOT be shorted....
This will be announced officially in a PR....
He decided to tell us now because he had to wait until the court recived his last bit of evidence...
Not worried about insider info....He asked for it to be halted & they didn't do it...eventhough there is no office, no phone, & no way to get in contact with the company except for the WEBSITE HE MADE....
Rufus will no longer be a part of us....We will move forward into 4309 inc. & he is staying back to clear his name.....Judge has all the evidence from him....They are awaiting trial....
Bonds are good but will stay back with him....many more of those to follow.....
After the share exchange occurs there will be assets "thrown" will be thrown in....
JV's lined up & ready to go...

Isn't this pretty much what they did with Wattle and tried to do with the other company? (BBAN? Can't think of the company) so they just keep grabbing "new" companies and in the process new suckers...I mean shareholders?

AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CSHD OR THIS OTHER COMPANY...I BELIEVE BEN STANLEY IS INVOLVED WITH BOTH CSHD AND TRANSNATIONAL HOLDINGS. or Transnation Holdings (which I understand you are also involved with) dealing with Rufus Paul Harris of CSHD in either of these ventures? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Seems I recall that when 4309 was "first" brought in to this mess that Poetter was on RPH's board stating that there was a connection... Oh well..Does it even matter? haha
