Doh [Confused]

ya... is crazy...company could catch up on filings, explain "CEO mystery," send PR re MM-search... etc etc...

Yet, no word.

On the other hand, lol, rph goes to Hooters and you'd think Amazon released earnings or sumpin'

no wonder he seems "confident"

Has anyone ever asked Rufus how many shares he owns? Would be interesting to find out if he's got a huge vested interest in the share price increasing or not. Never seen it mentioned, I don't think.

I don't remember exactly, but I think it was around 9 million.

I'm pretty sure he has a vested interest in this.

Here's my response on IM. I very rarely get a chance to listen and

WallyMac: Hey Bro, Just happened to be listening tonight and Lo and Behold, RPH shows up. I guess he is saying that CSHD is as much fiction as the show he is pumping "Burn Notice". If I got the drift Is he trying to say he got left out in the cold? Come on all he has to recommend TV shows and nothing on the stock.

My take is that he,RPH, will jump on any bandwagon he can to get sympathy and stay in the spot light.

He seems to portray himself as so smart, well why doesn't he get that what the bagholders, I mean shareholders want is news pertaining to CSHD and not self promotion?

well, I could name several things I would want from a company whose shareholders find themselves in this position. TV shows ain't on the list...

He actually talked about Burn Notice at hooters. He mentioned how you could draw correlations between the plot of burn notice and the story of CSHD.

Yes and they listen to the Eagles. Hotel California. Some lyrics are changed to fit the situation.

In a dark Penny Alley, cool wind pumping my hair
Warm smell of Dinero, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw shimmering light
My head grew gidddy with the sight of dollar signs
I had to stop for the night
There he stood in the doorway;
I heard the ATM spewing cash
And I was thinking to myself,
'This could be Heaven or this could be Hell'
Then he lit up a Hundred and he showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say...
Welcome to the Land Of Penny Scams
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely farce
Plenty of room in the Land of Penny Scams
Any time of year (Any time of year)
You can find it here
His mind is conspiracy-twisted, he's got tons of deals in the air
He's got a lot of pretty, pretty bonds at a place called Euroclear
How they dance down in Georgia, sweet twisted prose.
Some piss off the SEC, some just run and hide,
So I called up the RUFUS,
I said I'll give you my Deed'
He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here since the old BBAN Days'
And still those voices are calling from far away,
Wake you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say...
Welcome to the Land Of Penny Sacms Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely farce
They livin' it up as they dance down in Georgia
What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise)
Rufus, Bring your alibis
smiley faces are the only answers,
The money in a vise
And he said 'We are all just prisoners here, of of the systems device'
And in the Rufus chambers,
They gatheried the Money
whilr stab the Shorters with steely knives,
But they just can't kill the beast
Last thing I remember, I was
Running for the door
I had to find the passage back
To the capital I had before
'Relax,' said the night man,
'We are programmed to receive.
You can check-out any time you like,
But your Money will never leave!'

I asked for the answer and Rufus Replied:
Watch USA tonight Burn Notice will survive.
I will use it's premise and keep you adrift.
It will be many many months before you
can guess
but if you do research you may find a
Straw for the Koolaid I am serving
and please pass it out.

I tasted the koolaid but spit it back out. I said Jack Daniels if you please

He said: We haven't had that spirit here since MA went away.

Now slither off you heathen or you will discover
Where Dave and TUT are.

We are happy to emcumber any knowledge you may seek.

The courts will deliver just you wait and see.

Then I will be emperor and own AMTD.

The markets are my playground
I give Karma at will.

If you continue to mock me
I will set you adrift

The know boat is filling and
you have lost your spot

So it's time that you go now
float away on air shares.

There is only an entry and no exit in sight

but if you question I will smite you with scripture and laugh in your face

For I am the Rufus, such a pretty place, such a pretty face

How can you deny me

My rightful place

As the King of Avoidance

[Wink] [Smile] [Cool] [Eek!] [Confused] [Razz] [Big Grin] [Roll Eyes]

The above was a collaboration with the artist formerly know as Bilgert.

1. Summary of significant accounting policies:

Industry:

4309, Inc. (the Company), a Company incorporated in the state of Delaware as of
December 9, 2005 plans to locate and negotiate with a business entity for the
combination of that target company with The Company. The combination will

for-assets exchange. In most instances the target company will wish to structure
the business combination to be within the definition of a tax-free
reorganization under Section 351 or Section 368 of the Internal Revenue Code of
1986, as amended. No assurances can be given that The Company will be successful
in locating or negotiating with any target company.

The Company has been formed to provide a method for a foreign or domestic
private company to become a reporting ("public") company whose securities are
qualified for trading in the United States secondary market.

[quote author=searchoftruth board=general thread=1174454324 post=1174495303]Why a proxy? What do you think we will be voting on?

I CANNOT SAY AT THIS TIME.

And are they wanting CSHD to start funding JV's ASAP or are they patiently waiting for Rufus to catch some crooks first? AS MR. HARRIS HAS STATED, HE WANTED TO START FUNDING OF PROJECTS BUT THE SEC BLOCKED HIS EFFORTS...THE JUDGE AND SHAREHOLDERS MUST HAVE THEIR SAY IN THE PROXY NOW.

IN RESPONSE TO ANOTHER QUESTION: THE JUDGE MUST APPROVE ANY PROXY OR 15C-211 FORM BEFORE THE SHAREHOLDERS GET TO SEE THEM. THE TIME FRAME AS MR. HARRIS HAS STATED, IS OUT OF HIS CONTROL, WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT MEANS????

So if there is a new CEO , why couldn't Dufus have said that at the little Hooter meet up the other day ? Forgive me for asking and maybe I don't want to know the answer but who the "F" is Paul D. Poetter ? Any relation to Harry ?
