Supposedly in 6 months Rufas could not get the codes to file with Edgar. All filings went through Don at the transfer agent. So John would of had to know how to get something filed through Don.

Because even if he pulls down on the bonds the SEC was still going to call it fraud... -he has not hired a lawyer -Yes it was him that "hacked" the website... but it's his account anyways... For what its worth, his wife was laughing and carrying on like it was a party. There is no stress in that household tonight from the sounds of it. That speaks volumes to me...

Fears have been realized... John Arlitt and Dogman used everyones share information on the shareholder comittee to proclaim a vote and unanamous decision.

The way that I understnad it...the "shareholders" didn't vote...They couldn't have...even this committee...did NOT have any way to know for sure what amount of shares these people on this committee had...THEY DIDN't have a vote in this...they ONLY wrote a letter...
