I would not be surprised to hear Rufus on Subpenny tonight. If Rufus did post on the CVSU website he seems to have more to say. The soap opera continues. I just want to see that CVSU, The Company, has answered the SEC in court filings. If that happens then I might have something to hang some hope on.

An answer is needed by 12/4. It may be hurry up but there no longer is anytime to wait. There are way too many distraction and not enough action. The "committee" may have taken decisive action but the timing is critical. I don't care if Bonzo was running the company as long as he got the job done and at this point Bonzo would probably have done a better job. I still have my shares and a glimmer of hope but none of the re(c)sent events have instilled any confidence.

What a mess. You really have to tip your hat to the people who bought in back in the FHAL days when this was .10 - .20 and sold over $3. That was a great play and they can thank Rufus.
The rest of us who held, well, nothing to do but wait this out. Hopefully no one got too hurt!

Sorry SherriT ~ Yes the response was great news, and I also recieved one back from my congressman. Which apeared to be a general form letter about how he is concerned about the same things I am concerned about and he is fighting the good fight for me... Blagh blagh blagh...
