Our first priority after having reviewed and assessed the company status from previous management's failure and neglect of their duties is to pursue various funding options to resolve all regulatory issues outstanding and bring the company into compliance with all filing requirements.
This part sounds like they are in the digging up fund phase just to afford to hire legal people to straighten things out. In other words have got no where yet.

10 thats right, I called last week and dialed the 1074 number instead of the 1075. The lady told me she was very tired of getting calls for Conversion Solutions, since JMS const is the only business in the building. The other number was supposed to be for taking names and numbers to forward to Randy Mosely. This Rufus guy has me beside myself with the way he works.

OK, good luck. I'm in that DPDW deal right now waiting to see whats going to come of that. Looks like a good established company. Shares are low right now. Hopefully they won't stay that way. Trying to recoup some losses from Rufus escapade.
Rufus did say he planned this for years. Probably did a lot of work on the disappearing part too.

No... a couple of days before... It's kinda funny because the little kids made up this big count down chart...and every night we mark off of day and do a lil' dance... We put yellow ribbons on the trees and all... We had put them up when he left...But we have moved...although...the old house still has the ribbons up...
and to top it off my Female Leonberger is due to have her pups while he is home...
We are very excited...for all that January brings...hopin' that CSHD will be one of those!

OT: Since we are still in the wait mode I found a stock that is looking pretty good just wanted to pass it a long. I've done a bit of DD and would welcome anyone else interested to add to it. This is not a recommendation. Take a look and do your own DD.

I have not been on since Wednesday and was just catching up.
I just wanted to thank those of you who have supported me and my character over the last few days when I was not available to defend myself. It is greatly appreciated.
Those who know me have learned that there has never been a hidden agenda or any fabrication in any of the DD I bring to this or any other board. What I was simply trying to do was restore some level of confidence to those who were beginning to lose faith.
I reached out to and old friend because I felt we all needed to hear something...anything. I discussed this subject with him specifically. The post / info that you all read on Wednesday came with his full endorsement.
There is nothing I can do about those of you who have doubts about the authenticity of my conversation and post the other day. I guess the message was not for you. For that...and that alone, I apologize.

Ever notice how terrible lengths that some websites go to for business? Tasteless- Read this email I got from a service I use when digging into phone numbers:
