Did you not read what I wrote... I can't buy more of this.

I hear a few people saying they are getting filled, but honestly it is very frustrating. Nothing... nada

I got my chair Uncle Smelly... I am not hurting on this one. I just want some more. I unlike you do not see "death".

I want some cheap shares. Heck I don't even want to pay 0.10 for them but if I am not getting filled at 0.10 I am sure as hell not going to get filled at 0.05 or 0.01 today. (maybe next week)

Anyway, it is a good thing that I don't base my decisions off of message board posts. It is just doom and gloom around here with all our new friends.

Tax,
Other than 10of13, I am not aware of anyone that has been able to buy this stock as of late. But, obviously, someone is.

The last time I bought this was before December 18th...BUT I have also been trying to sell since then...and NOTHING!

BTW...when I bought these? It was filled in partials...and I have had the sells in at .20, .15, .12 and .10 since before Christmas...and nothing...they have sat there...and never been sold...
I think that it was Tim that was also trying to sell and nothing...

MTPromises ~ I hear you. I have really been trying and watching the trading just dance all around me. I hear that if I raise my price to well above the current... it will eventually go. I have not done this, because I don't want anymore at that price level.

If news comes out then I will chase but not while they are silent and the price is slowly falling. I want the cheapest I can get. Which is appearantly none, even if I go with the last trade of 0.10.

Oh well. I can excersize patience even tho another little birdie is chirping something about a PR.

A friend of mine bought some shares (online) a couple of weeks ago. I dont know if he attempted to flip those shares or not.

Anyway, why are the "heroes" (not you MT, just replied to your post [Smile] ) still hanging out in this thread?!? We get it, you all feel that this stock is dead and people lost money. Yes, a lot of people lost money, a lot of people did not. If shareholders are still holding today i think you can all expect those same shareholders to be holding tomorrow, and possibly weeks after that in hopes that something might still spark. IMO these shareholders are either A: Not currently in the red or B: Far enough in the red they wont sell until they know FOR SURE to take the loss.

Honestly, why cant some of you people just leave the CSHD shareholders alone?! Yes, im still a shareholder and i havent decided my next course of action...except investing in other things while i wait.

Yep off an on for days with prices all across the board on buying and selling both... and i managed to get filled for a buy order of 100 shares.

That alone raises eyebrows to me but still a gamble.. Not enough left to care about, ive wasted more on $5 slot machines at Gila River Casino than I have left in CSHD. *shrug*

Exactly. Myself, I now look at this as a Lotto ticket but better since I don't have to keep buying in order to have a chance. I put it on the back burner and concentrate on the other positions I hold that are still alive. If it somehow comes to life, I win. If not, Oh well. So I say we keep this thread popping and right in the face of all that want it to die. Sorry REPO looks like you are just going to have to try and REPO another BMW that is dent free.

Honestly there is no risk in trying to buy if you ask me. I just place buy orders and who ever is on the other end just ignores them. [Roll Eyes]

People that are hurting from this stock I truely feel for them, but the last time I checked. No one twisted my arm to take this risk with my money. No one hid the fact that Stock trading carries risk. Penny stocks are a thousand more times as risky by nature. Things portraited as to good too be true can and usually are. Rufus even said "don't buy because I said too", shortly after each time he said "If I were you I would buy the crap outta it."

In fact one thing I like about this thread is that since day one several of the posters have repeated warnings like "Do your own DD." and "Do not buy based on something you read on a message board."

I am still comfortable at a significant loss. I will be comfortable even on the day justice is served one way or the other.

CSHD IS NOT DEAD YET. And while it still has a breath it still has a chance. Take a step back and look at some of the many Other/OTCBB companies we are investing in. Take a good look at what they have and their future potential. Look at all the dead companies that died right here on Other Markets... Most had nothing but slips to their name and an idea the entire time. I own some pretty expensive shares of this company, and some cheaper ones. So be it. [Cool]

I from my DD believe that the SEC is not going for the juggler here. If they are, they are doing a lousy job of it. The judge was not immediately convinced. The bonds have value, and Conversion's name is on them and the Euroclear account they may not be able to use them as assets but they will proove to be very useful in getting the company to where they need to be.

Sorry, Repo if you believe this thread to be an eye sore, but your participation is keeping it at the top of list. You and Bruce Springstein are partly to blame for your pain. [Big Grin]

OK Tax, It's not dead. But it is on life support. It will be, IMO, quite some time before it trades on anything other than the Pink Sheets. I base that on the history of what has happened to other companies in a similar situation.

You are correct about what people on this thread stated from day one about doing your own DD and not buying based on what you read on messages boards but there was one other sentiment that was stated over and over again throughout the threads by many different people and that was PROTECT YOUR CAPITAL, take profit along the way and don't get greedy.

I believe that this board has been very balanced. I know that I don't blame anyone for the profits I made or the fact that I rebought at a higher PPS. That was my decision and I'm a big boy.

As far as what we truly have here in CSHD, I'm not very encourged. It's all about the bonds. If no one has recieved clarification after all this time, I'd say at the least it doesn't bode well. I mean how can a company own bonds and not have the paperwork that shows it to be a fact. If they have the paperwork why not just show it to the SEC and move on. Just as we are now on the Gray Sheets I believe the complete story is in a very gray area.

Time will tell.

I am on the same boat as Tax- you make enough off of it to be comfortable with the total loss on the remainder and sit and watch, enjoy the entertainment.

The fun part is that while on the greys its cheap- for a few thou I can not only more than double my position but also lower my pps average to the point where all I need is for this stock to hit north of .28 for a profit.

Should easily bounce higher than that once it moves out of the greys (whenever that is).

In the end- if the doors are bolted and the titanic sinks (which is when I will move on) at least it was entertaining and educational!

Have a good day everyone!

As far as the buying and selling goes I would think there has to be some automated system for the Brokers & MM's to see all the activity even though it is only on the grays. Somewhere would say, hmmm...CSHD never heard of it but look at all the interest, let's file to be market makers for this thing. ???

Just a theory.

Morning all... see you are keeping this thread afloat while I was gone. {wink, wink} [Wink] Thanks Repo. [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Nope I am pretty sure there is no magic machine keeping an eye on old CSHD durring these hard times, unless you consider the AllStock's web server a magic machine.

This thread in itself shows the interest surrounding this little security. I really expect to see the bottom of the volume drop out of this this week unless we hear something. It is a new year, and until some progress is made and shown I doubt many are going to redirect their attention to the John and Rufus show with all the new opportunities sprouting up. GLTA

Any "old timers" know what JA must do with the shares that he owned BEFORE him taking over as CEO? Do those shares become "restricted" or what? Is there some form he must file BEFORE selling? or even before he buys any more?

Anyone happen to know how that works?

Change your order to .015 and it will fill... don't worry, you won't get filled at .015, but probably at .10

OT: Python that was a classic scene...

The Dead Collector: Bring out yer dead.
[a man puts a body on the cart]
Large Man with Dead Body: Here's one.
The Dead Collector: That'll be ninepence.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I'm not dead.
The Dead Collector: What?
Large Man with Dead Body: Nothing. There's your ninepence.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I'm not dead.
The Dead Collector: 'Ere, he says he's not dead.
Large Man with Dead Body: Yes he is.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I'm not.
The Dead Collector: He isn't.
Large Man with Dead Body: Well, he will be soon, he's very ill.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I'm getting better.
Large Man with Dead Body: No you're not, you'll be stone dead in a moment.
The Dead Collector: Well, I can't take him like that. It's against regulations.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I don't want to go on the cart.
Large Man with Dead Body: Oh, don't be such a baby.
The Dead Collector: I can't take him.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I feel fine.
Large Man with Dead Body: Oh, do me a favor.
The Dead Collector: I can't.
Large Man with Dead Body: Well, can you hang around for a couple of minutes? He won't be long.
The Dead Collector: I promised I'd be at the Robinsons'. They've lost nine today.
Large Man with Dead Body: Well, when's your next round?
The Dead Collector: Thursday.
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I think I'll go for a walk.
Large Man with Dead Body: You're not fooling anyone, you know. Isn't there anything you could do?
The Dead Body That Claims It Isn't: I feel happy. I feel happy.
[the Dead Collector glances up and down the street furtively, then silences the Body with his a whack of his club]
Large Man with Dead Body: Ah, thank you very much.
The Dead Collector: Not at all. See you on Thursday.
Large Man with Dead Body: Right.

With commission fees that's probably less than 45 bucks...barely a dinner and movie....
you may just want to leave it alone and see what happens in a couple of months...

if you want out that bad...try what Repo said...
But what ever you decide...
Good luck....
