Tell me a couple of things (with verifiable facts) and I will sell. What does Rufus have to gain from this? What does anyone (other than the shorts) have to gain from this?
If you are not working for them, why are you two traveling in packs like hyenas trying to "save" us? You show up at the same time and you usually leave at the same time. Your posts have been more aggressive and more obnoxious over the last few days. In the real world, with the price of the stock falling by about 5 cents per day, a sane person would have said..."hate to say I told you so, but I told you so" and walked away. Why would you care if we lost all our money? Why would you continue to post here with nothing to gain or lose? This is what you guys don't get...we are on to you. If you really wanted to save us, you would stop pissing us off and rubbing salt in our (temporary wounds). I told you before; this board is filled with people of above average IQ. This is the best board out there with doctors, lawyer, engineers, nurses, CEOs, etc. We know how to do our DD, meet people, talk to people, and judge people to be with or without character.
Put it this way…and I think this board would agree…if this is a scam and Rufus does not have what he says he has; then he would have to be considered the serial killer of the investment world. I’m not saying it’s not possible…just saying I can’t see it. I have met the man, looked in his eye and I shook his hand. Incase you are not aware of this , the Judge will find for the SEC in a default judgement since CSHD was a no show . Its like not showing up for a ticket , the state or county automatically wins and you have waived your rights for a trial or even to enter a plea . You can either pay up or go to jail .
This is why Black said she was working on a civil suit . They got the default judgement in this case and can now use it to sue CSHD and Rufus for whatever it is they want out of this . Rufus is screwed either way because he can no longer serve on a BOD , but that was in the plans anyways since he wanted to retire .
There is so much misinformation here, so much negativity. Please take a moment and see that the recent turn of events is just another step in the resolution.
There are a few people who seem to not be capable of a rational or positive outlook. These are the people that are either in very deep due to poor timing, poor research or a poor choice in profession. No matter what your opinion they are simply players in the game, not experts, not fortune tellers, simply people who use the power of the public forum to further their position. At this point, I will dismiss anyone who purports to be able to speak on behalf of CSHD, the judicial system or the SEC. We are each spectators to the events unfolding before us. No one can credibly speak with any certainty as to where we will be tomorrow.
Do not let every little piece of information or every little post affect you, for the better or the worse. If you are still here then you either did your DD and are comfortable in your position or you are simply stuck at a loss and should be hoping for the best. That leaves anyone spewing negativity as a diversion to the real reason we are all here and someone to be suspected of having motives outside of this stock, whether that be sinister, ignorant or simply pathetic.
Let's make a pledge to begin now what we have been charged with if this all works out; let's make a difference. Be true to your own credo, whatever it may be.

I tell you what I don't understand - I hear another certain stock right now (NOT CSHD) a different one, is a scam....I have NOT gone to that thread to "save" anyone- it's their choice...they have to live with it....it's their money.....& I don't have time to be saving people nor do I have any interest in it- I'll save all my "saving" techniques for my nursing career....

That doesn't prove anything. He could have shares in overseas accounts that he's dumping. He could have friends selling. There are any number of ways that he could secretly benefit from this. I'm not saying that's what's going on, but it is possible for there to be a dump that we can't find.

I love how every time a PoS stock plummets, the "shorts" are blamed like they're the devil or something. People probably "flipped" this stock all over the place. There was TONS of money to be made from manipulating this stock.

Not at all. When attacked, I bite back. But I've never called someone names or anything like that, unless they bashed me first. I've been blunt, but not mean.
As for your other points, smart people get duped ALL the time--even smart people. And when smart people get duped, they tend to get emotional, and try to "prove" that they didn't REALLY get duped. This seems to be the case in your situation.
