hello board, like many i have been long in this stock since the fhal days. i have read virtually every post made in the last 4 months. i respect alot of you who have put such time and effort into the dd. yes maybe it will go down like the titanic but i will hopefully be one of the few who jumps on a lifeboat. maybe i am stupid maybe not but i only play with money i can afford to lose so who cares. jmoe you inspired me to post. not because i follow you but because i like listening to idiots, it makes myself feel better. you are one of the most scared investors i have ever seen. you can't make the same comment twice because you get tangled in your own lies. you were such a go getter, now a whiner. you have looked in a mirror, peed your pants, and are now trying to save every other adult from looking at their wife/girlfriend with a wet mark on their khakis. if you play football maybe you should try betting on it and stay away from the past paced world of stocks. i don't feel sorry for anyone on this board because they make their own decisions, i do however feel bad for your roomate thecon who is apparently long in this stock. To live with a guy like you must be a real treat. i can only imagine what he has to put up with when a stock drops a bit. i hope you clean the bathroom and supply the poor guy with earplugs! have a nice day idiot.

Thanks Septor... I knew I looked at them in more depth before when they first came out, and they seemed to both add up to Monday... but at the time I was too busy trying to say that I hope they didn't wait too long, and screw around. Guess I should have known who I was talking about.

I read earlier smething about the extension being filed with the court but through the clerk and not the judge. I would think in a civil case that should be OK as long as the CSHD rep that filed it or the paperwork itself has some kind of timestamp from the court indicating it was there (somewhere) on time!
there has been no extension filed. they have until 12/4 to file a motion to have the judge to put aside the sec's motioan for default.
Thanks Sceptor! That is good news. Posts: 2498 | Registered: Mar 2006

If it doesnt work out - I guess you would feel vindicated, but you couldn't feel good about it because you're incapable of positive feelings, you move on to the next stock and spew more negativity and live an overall pathetic existence.....
If it does work out - Well, do I really have to say anything here.....no....but I will. I guess you would feel screwed. You would feel bad about it but not a big deal for you because you are used to feeling that way, move on to the next stock and spew more negativity and live an overall pathetic existence.....

OK, so how exactly are we supposed to participate in the teleconference tomorrow? That info would have been helpful to have. The December meeting sounds more like a protest - thoughts anyone?

The website is imperative in keeping the public informed of CSHD ability to function. Without the web site the 1st line of sales is lost to perspective new customers.
my god how on earth did major corporations make thier billions before the internet!!! a web site means nothing if thier is no company behind it! and if ol RUFUS dont get off his azz the company is dead! somebody refresh my memory, what does the companies current buisness consist of? as far as i could see in the last filing there was no buisness! they had 1500 in the bank and 9 or 12 million in accounts receivable ( bond interest??? ) and some vague JV things that have not happened yet. oh and a coffee shop? maybe wallmart will buy it for 7 billion dollars!! updating the web site is NOT the highest priority here. IMO!!

Like everyone else, I am curious of the venue that will be used for the Nov 18th teleconference. They have currently not provided instructions for us to attend, so one of two things are possible at this point.
1) They will reach out to us with that information sometime soon, by tomorrow at the latest.
or
2) We are not meant to attend, in which case we will hear about the outcome either here or on HSM after the meeting happens.
I expect option 1 will be the case.
