I dont see anything positive about removing info from the website, that info was mostly posted to support the companies pr`s and since it is the content of pr`s the SEC is investigating how is it good that the info has been removed?. if this is an indicator that the company is backing away from claims made by RUFUS then it is NOT a good sign. JMO!!!

We're just spinning our wheels here today. We have no way of knowing what is going on. Hopefully some news will come out soon. And hopefully it will be some good news.
BTW, did anyone try and call the company today?

Has this come up yet....wasn't the whole shareholder committee a big push from Rufus? Do we know what Sabra and company think about having one, and do they want one put together as fast?

The claims are a matter of record in filed SEC docs. The site should promote the business not the saga surrounding it. It's a good time to make the necessary changes.

I understand that one of the biggest "rules" is to keep emotion of out the game...and this really has nothing to do with the stock... BUT? I have a "sickening feeling" that something happened to Rufus... I am not big on all the games...But something seems very wrong...and I don't mean for the company...the company is what it is before and after Rufus...BUT...I worry for him...a very bad feeling...

-Not sure Ryan- just think he's never been one to be quiet - where is he? How come people who normally talk to the company aren't posting anything....where's Tut - why is he quiet? I would have thought he would be around spouting off reasons this had to be done or whatever....It's too quiet for me!!!!

Mad ~ I hear you but unlike you I do not see the things removed as being that functional. I also do not see it as backing away from Rufus's statements. just because you run a company does not mean you post crazy half related information on your web site because you are not getting the publicity you want. The earlier pages served their purpose and now they are being cleaned up. AISS being removed was probably the largest change, but maybe just maybe this was done to appease Dr. Mensah enough to distance any bad publicity while this company starts to roll again.
The shorts are stuck... we know this so the NOBO is no longer needed.
IHUB Memo... Well that was a personal comment from Rufus made public. It is played out now.
SEC vs CSHD page?... Well let's just hope this is getting wrapped up, and there is a "CSHD and SEC Kiss and makeup" page soon.
In any case this is not baking away from Rufus's promises. This is a reposturing towards professionalism and neutrality rather than defensive, or offensive.
Rufus's 6:1 ($15 price reset) promise is in a 10KSB, and three susequent 10KSBA's. Now if you see a new 10KSBA come out without that paragraph. I would think it would be time to start to worry. I am sure they will lose a lot of shareholder support if that comes to pass. If anything they should update it to 8:1.

I also know who Aladyinthehouse is? Most of your assumptions have been correct! GLTA
which most are you reffering to cassity?
Sabra, A CEO from AMEX.
Sorry, I typed my reply, but it screwed up. I was referring to your assumptions of who the poster was last night. I don't know who the new CEO will be. Sorry!

There were hundreds of PR from midnight to 8 a.m. from a hundred companies. PRNewswire gets so backed up, that is when it appears.

Without even the slightest doubt in my mind folks, this has to be very positive. I have thought about this and discussed this with a few people not involved in this stock...but very strong players on Wall Street. This has to be part of an agreement with the SEC. It has all the designs of a settlement to be announced very soon. The company is making changes on the web site, things being removed from the site......evrything points to it. The reason for no PR or any type of announcement is because of some type of time frame in the agreement. I would be willing to wager lots of money that there is an agreement between parties. It is so obvious that it has happened. I may be way off here, but several others that would be able to give "educated" opinions feel strongly the same as I do. I would look at this very positively.

Is it common that small companies have the officers and the board be the same people? In larger corporations, BODs are full of impressive figureheads. I see this as possibly the fox watching the henhouse -- yes/no/maybe?

I think doc could be correct. The sec said get rid of him and we'll talk. Makes sense. But all the financials have to what they were previously stated or we may be in trouble.
