So we'll be trading again the morning of the 7th? I wonder how that will go. I'm thinking we won't be in the green, but I know a lot of us will be holding out to see how the court date goes.

Give me one good reason why they wouldn't . If the CEO of the company gets charged with fraud , what does that say about the rest of the company . You know they had to have had knowledge of it but played it down .
This only applies if Rufus gets charged . If not and CSHD is cleared then who knows where this goes . As of right now , we still are at the mercy of the MM's to get it listed if I understood this correctly .

Rufus explained to Nasdaq how he was going to give the 6:1, it's totally legal & he asked for something in writing then next thing you know the SEC thing happened.
Rufus - can still issue the 6:1 but he thinks his attorney will advice to wait on the 6 shares.....he doesn't know when...it's up to his attorney when ever the attorney says it's ok....

the MM's have to sign-off, there are a few formalities to be followed...
it won't be trading on the morning of the 7th IMO...
and? the best thing that could happen (IMO) (again) would be for it to be halted until the charges are cleared...

I forgot about the paper work. I imagine there won't be any MM's that will quote this until the charges are cleared...unless Rufus does have an MM or two that are on board.
Hmmm....it would probably be a good time to buy back shares for the company, if people can actually sale.

Actually thats not true . In order to be indicted for a felony , they must have a grand jury issue the indictment . I doubt anything would happen on the 7th other than maybe the court order him to step down and freeze some assets .
