I beleive the MM`s must review the companies financials and PR claims for accuracy and assure themsevles of thier soundness before they can begin issueing quotes again, I think that is correct,( my drift was that IF mm`s were quoteing this on the 7th then it would indicate they are satisfied with the companies documentation wich they COULD be reviewing now ) I dont think I have seen an 15c-211? or i have and not noticed the reference.

Actually thats not true . In order to be indicted for a felony , they must have a grand jury issue the indictment . I doubt anything would happen on the 7th other than maybe the court order him to step down and freeze some assets .
they could formally order Rufus not to do anymore business ...

basically, the MM who files such is "vouching" for the company and is on the line...quite the vulnerable position...very high risk.

CSHD has market makers lined up already, and they are 'in the know'. Once the court hands down a judgement, expect little to no lag in resuming trading.
