Posts: 358 Shareholders you have to understand that the questions that were being asked by Timothy Miles would have constituted inside information and this was a setup for that and for Rufus to trip up with "extremely sensitive" information. Rufus had to be extremely careful with any of this and Simon should have not allowed the constant interruption by Timothy while Rufus was trying to answer how he legally could.

yeah, becaus Tim Miles told 'em they are a fraud..

according to Tim? he's always right..

the trading is halted? and nobody is doing their job...

Rufus could have done this without court according to the court documnets...

I disagree. Each of bought into this knowing that the first phase of the action was to burn everyone that has burned each of us in the past. The further on the edge it goes the more rope is allocated for all of the crooked parties to hang themselves. While it might make you uncomfortable, this is not unexpected.

I totally agree - it's one thing to expose corruption - it is another to get so wrapped up in being right that you take a group of shareholders and possibly your own company with you.

I believe he is telling the truth, and I really hope justice is served appropriately.
