possible that SEC will drag their feet?

no, they offered to clear this up by signing a document - that's where Rufus said 'no' - I want this done in court so it's formal

we have several. only used thus far for opinion letters

have security compliance firms on retainer, also

he's doing the formal route...so that they can not question it at a later date...IMO...if it wasn't "formal" they may have been able to suspend again for same reason...

if CVSU became a takeover target - what price?

S-3, S-4 . . . when will these filed

if not for the compliance issue last week - the 10Q and S-4 would have been filed already
- but now on or before the Nov. 15th

S-3? will not be filed before the 10Q

Mike Alexander shares? he will have 84,000,000 shares after the 6 - people are concerned about him dumping shares

just because a potential JV has a good idea - we're not considering them unless that have a complete business plan in place that will allow them to get a prospectus - i.e. get your ducks in a row

why was it claimed as other comprehensive gain in the filing?

Rufus: i don't know at this time - I'd have to look it up - I'm not the CFO

this doesn't seem orthodox way to file the bond.

Rufus: there isn't alot you'll find that's orthodox about this company
