Tim: I don't know why it has taken the SEC so long.... What I think Rufus should say is that he's sorry that he's mislead them....the SEC has a lot of pretty credible evidence ...they have evidence that he doesn't have the susidaraies that he said he has...this stock is over!!

T: "I don't even know Boyd. I did not give any info to the Post. The sec - it started just before I started the website....I listened to Rufus & it so upset me to hear him & I started doing research on the internet & I contacted my sources at the SEC... about the 26th or 27th of July."
