Wonder if this is why there was no set date for the "new shares issuance".... "around" 10/30 was all that was mentioned.. no set date, its not in cshd's hands. they knew it then. pending investigation before listing on nasdaq, of course.

I'm pretty sure "they" were really unaware of the suspension...

Thanks Bittermac - from the top, I went to the link about the differences between the suspensions and halts. I'm actually feeling a little better - feels like just another game somewhat. It isn't the first time I felt punched in the gut with this stock, and likely won't be the last.
Guess I'm not selling either way

I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO CALL AND ANNOY HER BECAUSE I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL DAY, BUT I REALLY WANTED TO GET HER SENTIMENT FOR NOW, AS OPPOSED TO HOW I HEARD HER THIS MORNING...
SHE WAS VERY TIRED AND EXHAUSTED, AND VERY VERY VERY IRRITATED.
SHE CONTINUED TO TELL ME THAT THE SEC IS GIVING THEM THE RUN AROUND. EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO GIVE US AN UPDATE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING, IT IS DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO DO SO BECAUSE THEY DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
SHE SAID THAT ONE DEPARTMENT AT THE SEC IS TELLING THEM THAT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED, WHILE ANOTHER DEPARTMENT IS TELLING THEM THEY DON'T HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED.
SHE ALSO SAID THAT WE ARE FIGHTING A WAR, AND WE WILL WIN.
SHE WANTED ME TO TELL ALL OF YOU TO MAKE SURE TO CALL THE SEC AND COMPLAIN AND GET THIS INVESTIGATION GOING AND OVER WITH.
SHE WAS EXTREMELY TIRED, AND SHE SEEMED VERY ANNOYED AT THE SEC.

I really don't believe that will happen...there will be enough brokers to trade it. If someone was going to underwrite a move to the NAS, they will surely allow it to resume trading on the OTCBB - IMHO

Information Line (General SEC Information): (202) 942-8088

Glass, Tex? Anyone? Where or what department would we call to complain? Any clue? anything specific that we should say? Suggestions?
One of the things that "irks" me is that CSHD filed 8K's and PR'd about the bonds a while ago...what wasn't the first one back in August? Why NOW? why didn't they do this BEFORE the 10K filing? Yeah yeah they needed time but NOW? What is it that they can get done in 2 weeks that they weren't able to get done 2 months ago?

The SEC is an awesome organization and I would never say anything to indicate otherwise. They do a great service to the investment community, and all would do well to remember that.
(The black helicopters had nothing to do with this.)

Can anyone tell me the purpose or intent of calling a SEC investigator and complain about an investigation? He is just doing his job and the sooner he gets done the better. I think a thousand investors leaving him "nasty" messages may be considered an act to impeed and investigation, and may put the poor little investigator at a severe communications disadvantage causing delay and extention to his work.
Let Rufus print off the copies of the documents he needs and let him go on his way.
