OK weird occurence tonight. I was watching a rerun of an old Twilight Zone where the guy was the only person left on Earth (you know, the one where he broke his glasses) and the first thing I thought about was: "Hey, how can he sell his stocks if there is no one to buy"
Have I gone crazy or what??

Honey...you have now entered the twilight Zone...turn the 'putor off and go hold the baby...and do not attempt to tell her fairytales of Rufus and his merry men..nor of the handsome prince named Rufus or of the wicked stepfather named sourstreet...just hold her and do not speak...

He's telling Simon he's not suprised, asking him how they've come about these bonds?
Simon said they've got written contracts / agreements with companies.........
Simon said this halt is good either way. He puts an end to all of it....
This guy Saul is so obvious!!!!
He laughing saying he thinks "it's a fraud & it's going to be bad, it's going to be very bad"
This guy says he has some kind of contacts over seas that has to do with mutual fund companies.................I don't know what he's getting at I think he's trying to say his friends looked into Rufus' bond & they were held by someone else........
Did a Bloomberg scam.....
Simon is calling him on this....and Saul is fumbling....Simon says your contacts told you this? Who are they how did they find this info?
He said his friends couldn't find how he owned them....
Simon said, "Do me a favor tell your friends to contact me....Do your friends really have the clearance to do this, it's almost like they're hacking. Rufus said the people commenting on the bond not being his don't have access to this info."
GO SIMON!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone thought about this; the shorties, mm’s, hedge fund managers, may have the deck stacked in their favor more than any of us realized with a few people on the “inside” ? If CSHD is getting two different stories from SEC. Who knows?

M N 1 can't get anyone to listen to themselves bash anymore so now they are calling Simon. LOL This guy is spitting out lies faster than he can com up with a back story.
He told Simon I checked on the bonds through his clients Mutual Fund companies. Simon said which MF companies, and the guy Saul studdered for two minutes and mentioned every company from Openheimer to American Century without ever settling on a company he actually contacted. "Uh.. uh .. oh Uh yeah I can't remember... uh who it was... uh American Cent... no uh American Funds... uh that was not it." HA HA!! What a joke that call was!

What makes you guys think CSHD is any different than the fairly large number of BB stocks that have had SEC suspensions? Did you know that only a handful have ever managed to return to the BB? One of them was ECNC, which I owned at about 1.00. It was retreating from ~$20 when halted. Reopened at about $1.00, did get back on the BB, but then was suspended again a year later. Never recovered. Another was gold stock MYNG. After 3 years, it finally returned to the BB, but never traded very high....it still produces a small amount of gold.
Good luck, you and Rufus are gonna need it..only problem is, the truth will come out, even if it takes many months.

Seems I remember somewhere ..maybe subpenny radio where Rufus talked about the C&D order...and the misunderstanding that the humanitarian people had...that they contacted some guy and the guy "prooved" to the Humanitarian people that Rufus was actually the one with the rights...does anyone remember something like this?

He said the reporters an M N 1 had "friends at the SEC"... which is total BS or a HUGE conflict of interest to be using them for inside information.
I am convinced that M N 1 will say anything to make themselves "seem" credible. Least objective most outspoken penny stock resource on the Internet IMO.

Actually, you, young fella, hopefully will learn a thing or two from this fiasco. Perhaps you'll learn to gloat less about the money you made, and show some concern for those who may have bought based on the pumping that you and others have done, incessantly, for months now. Some longs are worse than others, some better. Your attitude on Ihub has been less than stellar, that is for sure. Think about it, and maybe you'll learn your lesson when all plays out and this stock is proven to be the scam that most astute people have known it is for some time now.

TimW, in most cases likes this, the SEC takes time to get around to more formal charges, like litigation, or a permanent suspension, or revocation. And, they do not comment on the status of their investigation. However, as egretious as the company's violations appear to be, it won't be a surprise if action is swift.

i wonder what the short interst is on this today?
let's see? SHO list? check..
then there's the legally reported short interest? that's 2,156,393 as of 10/13/2006....
i see plenty of gloating by the "negative posters" too...
and i still see alot of "just plain lies" being told too...

I knew you were an Ihub basher. I guess the 24/7 bashing over there wasn't enough for you.
My "behavior" on Ihub has been fine. I invested and told people about it. I told them when I sold and when I bought back in. Stating why I like a stock is not pumping. Find one post where I ever told someone to buy. You can't because it doesn't exist. And gloating???? Are you kidding me??? You have been trying to rub people's faces in this since the halt and you are talking about someone gloating??? What a hypocrite. I never gloat. I tell the truth. Which is why I use the same name there that I use here, unlike yourself Mr. Burn Out. Why are you hiding who you are? Are you ashamed of your "behavior". Give it a rest. You know nothing about compassion and nothing about stocks.
