If Rufus and co. are frauds, they can still get away, drive down to good ol' mexico and fly out from there, or even hide out a while before doing that.. It upsets me that they haven't PR about the situation.. do some damage control at least.. tell us that they've cooperated and given evidence.. at least that would put some pressure on the SEC to hurry it up, since us shareholders are watching and waiting.. I wonder if the big investors are doing anything about this..

I'm long but I bet the shorts are crappin their pants with all the speculation...When it pops back up on the system after everything is cleared the shorts will be covering and the price should fly up (I believe that somebody mentioned a price reset may not have to happen). Brilliant!

That is too funny. Sabra and I talked about this very thing. They are available for the shareholders. They are NOT running because they have nothing to hide. I even said to her..."if this was a scam, wouldn't you be in the Bahamas or something?"
To her credit, I even offered to ask people not to bog them down with calls when there is nothing that they can really say or do until this is over. She replied by saying something to the effect of..."No, we have nothing to hide and I enjoy talking to the shareholders...if they need to call us to feel better, I'm all for it...we are all here, Rufus, Ben, Mitch and myself".

We need a PR. If Rufus is legit and all this is just BS then we have the right to know. There is no excuse for keeping us in the dark. I know they are busy and all, but come on now.

I think someone posted a PR from a company that had been in our situation before. I also didn't see anywhere on the SEC site that said they couldn't, but I didn't look that hard.
On that note, remember that they never PR'd anything about the "E" either. This is much bigger than the "E" though!

While talking with Mitch, he said he had to go because he was interviewing someone for an I.T. position. The point I’m making here is that he (they) are executing on the business needs at hand and continue to work toward that end.
Like most of you I too was scared ****less when this went down today. I was locked into my chair, level II load, and ready to watch CSHD move higher and higher. I couldn’t believe it when I saw suspension and immediately thought I lost my entire investment. After speaking with Mitch and Sabra I can honestly say I have a new found appreciation for this company, its executive team, and the future value as a shareholder. They need our support, so when it hits the market, hopefully tomorrow, “buy the crap out of it”.

CSHD does not have any restrictions that I can find on posting PR's . They have a right to inform the shareholders of what is happening. In my opinion it is their duty to do so.
