only time will tell. whether we trade on the pinks or the OTCBB I'm not selling until the court system say that we are lying.

Think about it.
UUUMMMM - Could it be that they're SATAN, UUMM I mean SHORTERS (same thing..)
thats a good point, IF MM`s themsevles are massively short then why would they agree to quote this? they are not compelled to file so they may choose not to. did Rufus say they have 2 MM`s they will use to quote the stock? if no MM`s quote this then it will only trade on grey sheets, it is not likely this will trade when the suspension is lifted, at least not right away maybe weeks after. if it does trade with MM quotes immediately after the 6th ( unlikely ) it would be a VERY strong sign for the stock.

I always assume everyone is working together until I see a falsified Cease and Desist order, speculating otherwise. LOL!

I think it is funny that Mr. Boyd used this terminology when talking about his contact with Leyman Bros. Like companies like Leyman Bros. don't send out a handful of Cease and Desists everyday, and this Reporter was privy to them all.
Maybe in his next artical he will share with us the Cease and Desist that Leyman Bros. sent to him regarding his article.

Voyager, NO, I just don't know which MM he had in his back pocket to begin with but I hope that they didn't short it because it wouldn't be to their advantage to quote this again...or would it?....well, then I guess they can manipulate the price....Oh my goodness I'm so confused, my heads going to explode...
By the way, didn't Rufus say he was meeting with the SEC monday to discuss a settlement?

OOOH I get 'cha- (plus MR.Marsh gave me the answer)!!! HAHA!!
Let me ask you this, if that is the case, how in the world is he going to find ANY MM to quote this?????
Excellent question - and if they do find ONE, are the MM's (who are heavily shorted in this) required to file and trade this again?

Rufus stated that they have to list, if they have clients! They do not have a choice if we are cleared of ALL charges! Correct me if I'm wrong! JMO

Mr. Harris imo will have a MM to quote this or we won't trade before that.

geez tanks it seems like the shareholders are at the mm's mercy as far as buying or selling of this stock until if and when the mm's decide to let it trade again. why would it trade on the 6th if the case will not be back in court until the 7th? doesn't make much sense to me.

I think if one does more will come because they will stand the chance of covering at a much higher price if they come in to late

Only if they wish to stave off a revolt from all the brokerage houses that they represent, who have customers who own stock in this security. If they don't file then the brokerage can't trade, and the customers have to DTC their accounts to someone who can and will trade it.

the way I read the suspension order it will not trade on the 6th no matter what happens, I believe the order exspires at 11:59 pm on the 6th so IF trading resumes it will be on the 7th. ( edtited by madmoney )

Thats what I said earlier if we don't have a MM I don't think we will trade before the court date.

YES, plus if we are cleared of all charges, there will be mm's that want to list us anyways. I don't think every mm in the country is short in CSHD! LOL IMO, I think everything will work out just fine. I haven't posted much lately, because this stock is destroying my life! LOL I had to take some time and recouperate, besides we have terrible volume lately!

Ah yes, and thus wiping their short positions right off the slate. You know darn well this is going to happen.

correct Ima we trade on the 6th unless Mr Harris doesn't want us to trade until everything is worked out.
Where are you getting the next trading date of the 6th? The original suspension announcement claims that trading will not begin until 11:59 PM on the 6th, which IMHO means the 7th is the first day trade can resume.

then what happened to the mm in the back pocket? What has changed?
Also, I have a call into the Lehman Brothers legal department to check on the cease and desist letter to the company.

I do not see us trading again until atleast the 8th... but if a deal is struck then it could be much sooner than that. I almost bet that the SEC is going to try and get Rufus to hire a reputible PR firm to get out of this mess. Someone to monitor, proofread, and check the corporate communications, or at least force him to file all PR's as 8K material or not for a certain period time.
I wish I was a fly on the wall today. Some information as to the discussions today and tomorrow would be great.
Who has placed a call into Ben today? What is Tut saying? Sabra... ring, ring...

Voyager, what I meant by MM in his back pocket was he had at least 1 actually I think it was 2 that were sponsoring the move to Nasdaq. of, course we don't know which ones, maybe they still support him...I don't think we will know much until this is setled one way or another....there's nothing much we can do but wait...

Morning gang - sorry I am behind - been stuck in meetings all day.... From the stockholder meeting, I understand the SEC wanted to meet with Rufus, and by the two or three posts I have scanned, I take it they are meeting today? Do we have any other info than that (basics)?

Actually trade, I never said its over. And I have been here since it was .22 FHAL. Why don't you give it a rest. I am sorry if the fact that I want to discuss serious issues rather than yell "RUFUS IS THE MAN" upsets you, but if it does then tough luck. Don't read my posts then.

Hey trade, doniboy is a good man, he's just a concerned investor like the rest of us. NONE of us like to be in this situation, no matter how much confidence you have. Doni, is just trying to figure it out like the rest of us.

What if you bought through scottrade and your name is on the list. Would their be any way of getting screwed if this scenario would happen?
