why CSHD was delisted ?

We are thinking that it is just a technicality based on the fact that we are suspended. I mean, why would we be delisted for fraud or anything else before the court decision has been made?

The best answer I have heard was basically:
Acording to the suspension document, the MM's need to refile the form 211 in accordance to 15c2-11.

The MM's cant do that untill this thing gets settled in the courts.

OTCBB needed to delist due to the effective inactivity.

Bottom line, untill we get a resolution from the courts we won't know anything. Nothing has really changed.

I'm curious. Why do so many assume (you know what that word means) that someone has an agenda, hates the stock, is a basher, a short, a rev. Tim relative, etc. when they could be truly are ticked off about the company's leadership and the string things going wrong. What if Morty just found out that he was Paul R. Harris with BB and Rufus Paul Harris with CSHD. Yes, everyone should do extensive research before investing, but not too many expect the stock to be frozen and delisted. You might be prepared to take a bath, but you don't expect to be in a position where you can't do anything. That might piss you off.

I'm curious and please don't berate me, but how was that name changed explained away in earlier threads?

Ya'll see this....

October 30, 2006 -- The Securities and Exchange Commission accused the chief executive of a tiny Georgia company of making up connections to the likes of ex-mayor Rudy Giuliani, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank to convince investors to buy shares of the company's near-worthless stock.

The SEC's strongly worded complaint against Conversion Solutions' CEO Rufus Paul Harris said he "issued a series of false and misleading press releases and [financial] filings" which at one point included promising that Conversion's stock would be reset to over $15 from just over $2.

Trading in Conversion's stock was halted Tuesday for two weeks by the SEC. Its last reported trade price was $1.99.

The SEC's investigators concluded that Conversion, an erstwhile asset-based lender, had little of the financial strength or prospects that Harris said it did.

A declaration from the SEC's Atlanta office offered a glimpse into Harris' non-stop promotion.

When the SEC's Michael Mashburn asked Harris about the billions of dollars worth of bonds Conversion would use to grow its asset-based lending operations, Harris said he was able to arrange financing with the help of Rudy Giuliani's staff.

A spokeswoman for Giuliani Partners told The Post no members of Giuliani's staff ever helped Conversion, and there was never any contact between employees of the former mayor's firm and Conversion.

Conversion's Harris name-dropped Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank as examples of financial instruments and relationships the company had. Lehman's legal department said it sent a cease-and-desist letter to the company.

The SEC said Deutsche Bank denied having any investment-banking relationship with the company.

Also, Conversion likely did not have ownership of the billions of dollars worth of bonds, an SEC examiner concluded.

Harris at another point claimed the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural organization - UNESCO - was deeply involved with Conversion and was helping it acquire subsidiaries.

A UNESCO spokeswoman denied any connection to the company and said her organization had never done business with Conversion.

What's more, **********,com, a research Web site run by a short-seller, once quoted Harris as promising, "Our target range for three months' trading was in excess of $100 a share."

Also, he pledged "a billion dollars in profits over the next 10 years" - an astonishing claim given that Conversion Solutions lost $758,000 on $143,000 in revenue for the quarter ended last March, according to SEC filings.

On other occasions, Harris promised current Conversion shareholders stock in a dozen different companies. He promoted the company as a conglomerate, although a Post investigation found most of the companies were inactive or did not exist - after they were spun off.

Repeated calls to the company were not returned, although a message on its answering machine said it was cooperating with the investigation.

FHAL.OB - Merger and $15.00 price target - currently $1.14 - another short squeeze
This from a website called Chrstian Traders.... any of ya'll see this?

Anyone here get in on this stock. Some folks I know have already made a fortune on this and many more claim they are still going to. Here's the scoop.

CVSU.pk and FHAL.ob are going to complete a shell stock reverse merger on 7-28-06.

cvsu.pk and fhal.ob are doing a shell stock reverse merger (fhal is the shell). cvsu is a holding company that has millons in assets and billions in contracts. cvsu's estimated book is $34. They will be persuing nasd listing immediately after getting on the OTC:BB

cvsu has bought up all of fhals float and now the shares being traded are shorts. Millions of shares are shorted. The stock will emerge from the merger after the 28th with the stock price set at $15. The MM's will be forced to cover next week before the merger is final.

This is the first time this stock will be traded openly on the market, it has been privately traded up until now.

This will be the squeeze play of the century.

My favorite quote from the meeting.
"so i guess next week we're going to have a short squeeze, right?"someone asking question
"if we're successfull it will be a short elimination" - Rufus

FHAL.ob announced in June that it had entered into a LOI with CEOTA to supply logistics for the salvaging and bringing to market of submerged trees along a 100 mile stretch of the Amazon river in Brazil. That contract was estimated to be worth 1.5 billion dollars. It was suggested that upon successful completion of that project they would be extended the opportunity for the whole amazon river inside of Brazil, some 3000+ miles. The value of the remaining 3000+ miles was described as mind boggling.

Shortly after the pr fhal was interviewed on ***.com and ***'s resident stock analyst released a report on fhal's business. you can find that here, Analyst's report and you can find the LOI announcement of the Amazon log deal here, LOI pr.

CVSU 's management picked up on the Amazon deal and decided to look into it. They apparently saw enough opportunity to do a reverse merger with fhal. While the Amazon log deal was described as the deciding factor for cvsu's decision to choose fhal for the merger, CVSU also has a need to merge into a OTC:BB stock in general. Their goal is to be on the nasd within 45 days of completion of the merger. They have a huge contract with the military for the F22 Raptor, and you simply cant be on the bulletin boards much less a pink sheet stock with a contract of that magnitude from the military.
This is the pr announcing the revese merger, R/M pr. This is a copy of the signed merger 8k, merger.

CVSU holds a $500 million dollar bond that has 4 outstanding offers for loans against 90% of it's value. CVSU also holds a $310 million dollar UCC Secuities Note against the state of Washington. Their pre merger financials can be found here, financials. They will be releasing their 10Q this coming week, and you should look for it to raise the book value to over $30.

While CVSU has numerous subsidiaries and joint ventures, the 2 of immediate interest is AISS and LotteryFever.

LotteryFever is presently going thru testing in Georgia, and if successful will be evaluated in a 3 state shakedown test. The revenue from the 3 state evaluation is estimated to generate 50 million dollars per year. After the successful completion of the 3 state test they will open up in 42 states. This will be the same thing as a giant PowerBall lottery. They do not have a functioning website presently.

AISS is the crown jewel of CVSU 's holdings. They are manned with some of the top echelon of our government's power players, and is staged to begin a 20 year contract with the military worth billions in revenue.

I personally have 800 shares because that is all the money I am willing to risk. Looks tempting doesn't it? Stormin

As far as the influx of bashers....I am over joyed....they mean that the other side is weak and needs to scare the other side...ask yourselves...why would they need to continue to bash is this is an SEC slam dunk?

I am not saying this will end as the longs want...just that there is no new information that indicates CSHD's assets do not exist.

Not that anyone here would find me not posting to be any real loss but more will follow.

Mariner -

What time zone do you live in or rather what planet do you hail from? This came out yesterday, was discussed about in the morning, and dismissed as atypical NY Post toilet paper. My understanding is that the "reporter" copy and pasted from the SEC court filings, **********, our-crap, and pulled the copied paragraphs together. He did NOT call anyone he reported. Further, he quotes ********** as a "short-seller" company, and continues to use this biased "company" as a source.

Sorry. I don't mean to upset anyone, really. I have money, lots, tied up to. I just thought it might be a good idea to arm with as much info about RPH in case all the nay sayers are right. I mean, it just goes on and on all the organizations that do not claim what he claims. Trust me, I'm sick over it! I refuse however to bury my head in the sand.

Is this old news too?

1 September 2006 - Cease and Desist order from Humanitarian Group to CSHD - We just received a copy of a cease and desist order that appears to have been delivered from the Humanitarian & Scientific World Fund, the organization that CSHD claims took the value of the company's stock from $15 to $54. The letter claims that Rufus failed to produce promised credit facilities and that the HSWF suspects an attempt on Rufus' part to deceive them. We have sent an email to the fund to attempt to confirm the authenticity of this letter and await a reply. In the interim you must judge it on face value.

Damn straight bro. That's why I try to help people out... I was burned bad by these scamsters many years ago (Chris Calpito still has a thing or 2 coming from me). The scams are getting more and more elaborate. Used to be easy, like PGPM, just say you're .01 stock is worth $33...ahaha. Or just R/S over and over. Now? You have price resets, conversions, NOBO lists, etc.

I'm telling you, the best way to make money in this game is to be on the inside... either an MM (which really won't happen), OR, get your own pink company... be your own CEO.... I'm still working on this as we speak.

All you have rehashed has been the negative.

I meant I have seen several threads become useless here in the few short months I have posted here.

You can lose money and make bad decisions in stocks. This one CAN fail...I have always said that...I am riding mostly free shares...I did grab few more later and my cost basis is incredibly low.

I always encouraged flipping to free shares. I ONLY ride free shares long outside the big board.

That said I do still like this company absent any real information fro the SEC>

You aren't belittling me at all. I am new to the scene and didn't feel the need to research Rufus prior to buying the stock. I believe in people and with the activity of the stock and the press releases and the filings, I felt good about my purchase. It's just now, I have come to this board to get positve reinforcement and had plenty as I went to bed last night, only to wake up to more bad news. You all sound so intelligent and positive, I guess I am throwing this stuff out there to get challenges to it's validity. I want to believe - but this just eats.

I know, I know. Go ahead and tell me I whining again. There is nothing we can do. Just trying to be honest and get good combacks to all this garbage out there.

Not that anyone here would find me not posting to be any real loss but more will follow.

I totally agree Portman, all the CSHD threads are totally overun with bashers at this moment in time. I personally feel they are hoping that they can instill enough fear to tank this stock. Even if we are only short of a bid and ask for 1 hour after trading is resumed!

Anthony called in to clarify something along the lines of:

There is a window of time where, once a MM steps up to the plate and files a form 211, CSHD will go right back to the OTCBB where it was.

Rufus supposedly IM'd Simon to agree with Anthony.

If you truly are legitimately looking for this information...please do not ask those of us who vetted that information months ago and thousands...THOUSANDS not hundreds...THOUSANDS of pages ago.

Sorry man... you gotta go read the threads....we have been this a long time....not much unturned at this point.
