I can't believe you jump on someone who actually does proper DD, but chastize someone when they ask a question for not doing proper DD. The stock is delisted. I'm not looking for positive or negative info -- just info. I called the man and asked him what today's events meant and he told me.

Which, if im right, means we wont delist to the pinksheets either because even there you need MM support correct? If NO ONE is filing then we are in limbo as earlier mentioned.
Are all you folks finished with your camping and fishing already?
I was fine with it just helping the people who didn't understand
Yea, i know....didnt mean to imply i was referring to you. I was just using your post as a stepping stool.

Voyager? What I was trying to imply was that the SEC is the one that "pulled" the backing...not really the MM...AND? The SEC stated that the brokrage firm would have to 'resubmit/submit the correct forms under rule 15c2-11 in order for the trading to resume...
I view this as a way for the SEC to make sure that the MM is aware of the situation...
the daily delisting? Can't have a listing without the backing of a MM...the hope is that Rufus is on top of this and already has a MM ready to file the forms as soon as the Court says OK...

"Also there is a chance that this is some 'posturing' in connection with the SEC trying to force Rufus to settle out of court."
"I was wondering what is the implication of the next court date being set on the 7th. Could the suspension be lifted on the 6th and basically have almost 2 trading days (minimum) before we hear from the court? (If it goes that way.)"
"In negotiations it is standard proceedure to 'position' your side to the greatest outcome leverage."
What I am getting at is, how did the court arrive at the date of the 7th for the next hearing - leaving two days of trading available under the imposition of all the negative accusations?
Does this put Rufus at a disadvantage in his negotiations for settlement?

I responded to him: Very real concerns because they jumped the gun without any "real" investigation other than by going off of other people's information....kind of like what you're doing when you reference ********** as some sort of credible source.
That's about all I'm gonna waste on this guy though...he'll see the light soon.

I agree with you 100% there really isn't any new info yet. Just making sure everyone knows the facts.
- NY Post is a rag. - Rody Boyd is being investigated by the SEC. - The other author Carol Redmond is being investigated by the SEC too. - Repoman75 is back and we are glad. (Where he went? He says the Bahamas. We can believe him if we want. He seems reputable, and it is not like we could check his tan lines even if we wanted too. Which we don't by the way.)

That's all I was saying -- the MM backed out. Why would the MM back out if RPH had the right documents or has the proof to entice another MM? This doesn't make sense. Was it discussed at the impromptu getogather this weekend?

Are you serious? She is trying to point out that the MMs didnt back out, the SEC suspended us requiring all MMs to refile in order to trade the security again. IF no MMs refile then there is no market for CSHD. The guy you talked to probably looked at it for one second, saw there was no MM support and gave you that generic answer.

See voyager thats when I have a problem with your statement. They didn't back out everyone has to start from scratch even the mm that took us there. You are correct in saying the need to file a new form.

If it is true, what we are all concluding about this being a technicality, then it is safe to assume that all stocks that get suspended for about two weeks would be on this daily list as well. Is that the case? Do we have any DD there?
Also, has any stock ever been suspended and then reopened after a finding of no cause by the SEC?

correct Ima we trade on the 6th unless Mr Harris doesn't want us to trade until everything is worked out.

I would rather that we don't trade at all until there is a COMPLETE resolution. To open this up on the pinks with no explanation is to destroy this stock.

Which leads to my next question, is there complicity between the court and SEC (MM's etc. also)

Hey trade, doniboy is a good man, he's just a concerned investor like the rest of us. NONE of us like to be in this situation, no matter how much confidence you have. Doni, is just trying to figure it out like the rest of us.
