I really don't see that happening here . I think if there was a clear and present answer available , the SEC would have either moved quicker or not at all . I bet this drags out for a year or longer . Just my .02 .

Maybe I should clarify. IF Rufus does have the proof of ownership and presented it to the SEC via the hearing this morning, I do believe one way or another we will see trading resume by the end of the ten days. I think the shareholders will get the benefit of the doubt from the judge.
If the ownership is still questionable, I would consider my investment lost until a class action is settled many years from now.

1) Rufus stated in the interview that he has proof of everything and can produce anything.
Fact
2) Many BIG institutions are in this stock - Do you honestly think that they would risk the type of money that they have if they didn't believe in what the company has
Fact
3) SEC is just the SEC they do not decide what happens to RUFUS only a judge can - you can't just say we're going to do this without full proof evidence - which I do not believe they have. I think that RUFUS blew the top off with the NOBO list and then called the SEC boy an idiot.
I think that the SEC just wants to bully and drag it out trying to bring the stock down and worry investors.

Nep~ your funny.
How about don't listen to people on a stock board... cause most people have an agenda.
or maybe.
Stick together longs and talk about the current events of the security your own, because shorty and da flippa's want to cause panic, confusion, and volitility.
Which begs the question of why all the negative posts? If manipulation is impossible because the stock is halted what is the motivation? Must be to find out about the current news which is a serious deviation from the non-DD fly by the seat of the pants role they are used to playing by. I mean what is there to know about an "good entry point" when the stock is stalled?

News: By Carol S. Remond Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a complaint against Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. (CSHD) and chief executive Rufus Harris.
The SEC said in a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, that the company made false and misleading statements in press releases and financial reports filed with the commission.
The SEC temporarily halted trading in Conversion Solutions stock because of questions about the accuracy of the company's press releases on Tuesday. Trading is scheduled to resume on Nov. 7.
The commission said in its complaint that Harris knew that statements made by Conversion Solutions were "false, misleading or recklessly disregarded the danger that they were."
Among false claims made by the Over-The-Counter company was the claim that it owns or controls the entirety of two separate Venezuelan bond issues with face values of EUR5 billion and $500 million, the SEC said in the complaint.
Conversion Solutions stock skyrocketed to a high of $4 a share on Sept. 28 with a trading volume of more than 14 million shares. The company had announced its acquisition of the euro-denominated Venezuelan bond in a press release on Sept. 27. On Sept. 28, the company said in another release that it planned to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
The SEC said in its complaint that 8K filings and an annual report filed by Conversion Solutions in September and October "fraudulently overstated Conversion's assets."
According to the complaint, Conversion Solutions doesn't own or manage as an asset the entire euro-denominated bond issuance identified in its press release and 8K filing. In fact, the company wrongly stated the amount of Venezuelan euro-denominated bond outstanding as EUR5 billion when there is only EUR700 million outstanding.
Conversion Solutions also misled investors about its ownership of $500 million in Venezuelan bonds, according to the SEC.
Conversion Solutions and Harris "directly and indirectly employed devices, schemes or artifices to defraud; made untrue statements of material facts or omitted to state material facts necessary in order to make the statements made," the SEC said in its complaint.
The SEC asked the court to issue restraining orders enjoining Conversion Solutions and Harris from violating securities laws. The SEC also asked the court to order them to disgorge ill-gotten gains.
Harris wasn't immediately available for comment.
Conversion Solutions stock rose from mere cents in early July to a high of $4 on Sept. 28. The stock closed at $1.87 a share on Oct. 20 before being halted by the SEC.

This is a tough board to follow these days. I've been sitting back following it when I can, and researching what I can, but I've never seen people come out of the woodwork like they have this week. I don't mind people suddenly appearing and voicing their opinions, positive or negative, but they are getting so degrading. Their comments are as if we're unintelligent, uninformed and unable to make decisions for ourselves. They act as if they are the savior who has come to save us all. There's nothing wrong with a healthy discussion, debating both sides...but this "you people are stupid" attitude that gets tossed around here is just a waste of time for everyone.
I think we all expect people like this to appear, especially during controversy. Who knows, they may ultimately turn out to be right, but don't come in here and trash everyone who has put some effort into making informed decisions on this stock. We REALLY need to start ignoring people who can't talk with respect. Responding to them just gives them more reason to post their crap and welcome others to do the same, knowing that they'll get a response. Like I siad, I'm more than welcome to listen to both sides, but don't come in here talking crap.
Gotta run people. Just wanted to take a second and throw in my two cents worth. Have a good one.

Fact is proof of ownership is just that. I own it. Bloomberg is showing people who are investing either for or against the performance of that bond. bloomberg will not show you the ownership of that bond and by the limited power invested in me I deem David an "Idiot" and quite possibly a freelancing crook waving Federal credentials.
Really read the document, the guy is a self proclaimed trained expert in using Bloomberg? Then why does he not know that a Venezuelan Bond is not individually or partnership owned by a single entity? Heck it would atleast be more believable if he was claiming ownership of the bond to be the Republic of Venezela or Hugo Chavez.
His opinion that the bond would not be trading? Oh yeah that is how things work. Boy I bet a non-trading bond would have a stellar performance and credit record. What is your return? 0% Excellent! This guy does not know his bonds and he is the one halting our security so that Rufus can explain it to him.
I'm sure you know more about this than I...I hope what you're saying is correct. If it is, then, as Rufus said, the SEC guys are idiots! Add this to the story of the SEC guy not knowing what the "E" was and it seems real sad.
How can they even begin to do their job if they don't know this stuff?

I am here. Rufus, Ben and Sabra are outside the courtroom having presented all their proof positive and are just waiting for the ruling. You have to understand that they chose the federal court because this will show publicly and the SEC will have no choice but to act against the short interests. I talked with Mitch Sepaniak and he said after the ruling we should see a press release.

Quick question/comment...I looked over the exhibits on the case and most of them are copies of the PR's, but the copy is on the actual date of the PR. They actually show the date and where the stock is at (charts and quotes). Is this something you can go and get via a cached page, is this something they can get by contacting Quotemedia, or is this that actual daily chart because they've been keeping up with CSHD that closely?

I just got a disturbing call from my father. He had CSHD stock with TDA. Opened an account with Choice trade and tried to transfer the stock. He just checked his account and the shares are gone, his balance is -$11K. He has sent an email to TDA and is awaiting a reply.

Because Sabra likes him (kidding - that was just an offhand comment since he has talked to her several times over the last few months). Tut's post just said it, and he has a knack of being in the right place at the right time. Fingers and toes crossed gang?!?!?!?! (Not crossing legs because I like my hubby - LOL!)
