I am with Cassity on that one. I was lurking for a while before I posted. I do my own DD. The questions in the article have been refuted, again and again. Not just on this board, but elsewhere. Someone who is "Long and not a basher" would have been able to find it fairly easily. Bringing up the same stuff, doing no personal DD and then whining about not being hugged and handheld thru it all is getting silly.
Bashers exist, simply fact. The quickest way to identify them? They immediately state that they are not, when no one accused them in the first place.

Its still listed as CSHDE in my portfolio but still is not recognized by etrade quotes. Weird. And, now yahoo has jumped on board with the "E". Fidelity as well.
Dont worry Bittermac, im not panicking. But, it would sure be nice to hear something from the company regarding this. This could use some attention IMO

I'm not sure how long it takes once the filing is made to loose the e. I'm watching AZMNE who got their e a little bit ago. But they haven't put their filing in yet so can't really use that as a comparison. They weren't that late either but since they just moved from pk back to OB they were being watched pretty close. I would not expect major pps shifts just because they have the e since the filing here has already been made. except UP!

Mornign Board....my scottrade homepage's dialogue box for Positions shows CSHD "without an E". . . . I also have some shares of AZMN, and when it went to an E several weeks ago, it was updated automatically by Scottrade's software.

Today's Clip Report from Knobias is not so kind to us...
Money Might Grow on Trees A series of news releases, a couple of surprising CEO interviews, an unordinary business plan, along with foreign international bonds, South American business operatives, market valuation estimates in the billions and trillions, and multiple subsidiaries, all have one thing in common; they have been associated with Conversion Solutions Inc (CSHD) formerly Fronthaul Inc (FHAL). The name has been the highlight of more than one investigative report focusing on management comments, non operating subsidiaries, and CEO promises regarding stock prices. It seemed eyebrows began to raise in May when FHAL’s auditors resigned because of the 10-QSB for the quarter ending March 31, 2006 that was filed prior to their completion of the auditor’s review and the Company’s purchase of its common stock violated certain loan covenants and were not properly disclosed to the public. On June 14th, another hair raising news piece was announced. The Fronthaul Group signed an LOI to provide third party logistics for the Climate Exchange of the Americas, Inc. for management and third party logistics over their exclusive Brazilian license to recover sunken logs from the Amazon River and its tributaries. Noted in the release, “The Fronthaul Group’s specific area of responsibility could yield a potential of $1,500,000,000 in gross revenue.” Yeah, that’s $1.5 billion. But on October 3rd, the company announced that Ecowood, LTD., a Lake Dallas-based company via CSHD, announced the addition of Michael Alexander (former CEO of CSHD) as the CEO, President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Alexander had also become the majority shareholder of Ecowood, LTD. Alexander noted in the release, “This purchase comes with unbelievable assets, to include, standing rainforest timber management, a major titanium deposit, clear title to all the logs at the bottom of the Amazon River and its tributaries, with carbon credits. We will utilize all resources at our disposal to begin the monumental task of rebuilding and replanting the lost Amazon Rain Forest.” Also in the press release: Mr. Alexander had received independent values on the logs from an outside source, which put current market value approximately $75 billion USD. The carbon credits current value is approximately $4 trillion USD. The current value of the titanium is yet to be determined due to the unknown sizes of the deposit. All of this is according to Alexander, who did not return phone calls. The next piece of attention grabbing news concerned the company’s acquisition of Conversion Solutions, Inc. (CVSU) on July 8th. In the reverse move, FHAL would become the operating business under the Conversion Solutions name. All officers of the former exited while Rufus Harris, Ben Stanley, and others would keep their jobs under the new name. Calls to Harris’ office and cell went unreturned. Stanley was also not available. Rufus Harris stated during an interview on a radio show that the newly formed company would trade at $15.00 after the company’s 10-K was released. In the interview, Harris calculated that the merger facilitated $803,149,146 in booked assets and shareholder equity. Their initial estimates placed the company combined financial structure and per share book value at $7.21. Harris’s thought process noted that since the company was reversed into for what he thought was a price paid of $15.00, the company should be worth at least that until the shorts decided to cover, which would take the price higher. The 10-K was eventually released, but was late compared to when the company noted it would have been reported. In the release, it was noted that Total Assets for the fiscal year end was $830,009,352. Total Shareholder equity for the fiscal year end was $789,508,292. Total issued shares as of year end was 62,489,721, giving the corporation a calculated book value of $12.63 as of June 30, 2006. Another odd aspect to the 10-K was the announcement of a dividend that would a) increase the outstanding number of shares and b) reset the share value to a equivalent of $15.00. “The Threshold Price Reset means that for every share you owned as of the close of business today you will receive 6 additional shares (no fractions will be issued and will be rounded down to the nearest whole) of CSHD on or around October 30, 2006. This transaction will take the total issued share number to 618,813,942 giving the corporation an estimated book value of $11.78,” stated Harris. But there are a few more oddities in Tuesday’s release. “The ratio of share issuance will use the following formula ($15.00 divided by the Actual Closing Price on October 16, 2006 (X) minus Actual Closing Price on October 16, 2006) (15 / X - X).” In reality, the math should look more like this: ($15.00/$1.80)- $1.80 = 6.53 shares. Another piece of troubling news is the lawsuit the company has filed against Dr. Thomas Mensah. The company and Mensah agreed to collaborate on a joint venture agreement in August of 2005 called American International Smart Structures. It seemed that Dr. Mensah began to participate in some bad mouthing of the company and the agreement between the two, and CSHD decided to file an injuncture. If Mensah said anything for certain is not known. What is known is that Mensah’s accomplishments, patents, and inventions speak for themselves. He played integral parts in Smart Weapons, including the Patriot Missile, and has made huge strides in laser guided weapons. He holds 7 patents and also has been named to the board of various entities. In any event, the company’s ex CEO who is now the new CEO of a company that is now in negotiations to become a part of CSHD is troubling. Add to the fact the company’s international bonds, a proposed resetting of the stock, and the lawsuit against an established inventor for what seems no more than wanting out of the deal that

The only thing that may happen is a few of the unwashed will sell and the MM's will try to push it down.
The problem is many longs are just waiting for the ability for get more shares. The monies I put into here for any additional playing of this stock is out disposable income. In other words for a while we are just diverting funds that would otherwise get wasted on one time use items. If I stop buy this stock those things resume as normal.
In the past I have intra-day flipped those new shares for more shares. However, since many brokers do not allow you to control what shares are what I am only in pure accumulation mode. For me the risk of flipping and the brokerage "accidentally" using my share bearing shares is too great.
Today may be my buying opportunity prior to my new funds arriving at midnight.

I stand corrected. Etrade has registered a name change this morning. Although right now, due to E*Trade's inertia, all it has is a series of numbers and letters.
And as others have mentioned, CSHD is now CSHDE on finance.yahoo.com
The confusion this creates should make for an interesting morning.
