This is my formal plea to all our of family here on the CSHD thread...PLEASE do not flip. You can flip whatever stock you'd like for all I care, anything in the world, just not CSHD. Rufus explicitly stated that the squeeze can and will drive this thing to the moon. PLEASE...some members have said, "well, it'll get me more cshd shares, because I really believe in the company!!" You've had your chance to get all the shares you want, and now youre gonna get 7x whatever you have now. it's ENOUGH...if you really want shares that badly, BUY THEM. you flipping could hurt the stock so much that the shares you might gain will be worth less in total than if you just let the price run with the amount of shares you already had.
So if you trust Rufus...and if you llisten to he and I are saying...sign your handle here as kind of a vow to not Flip. You guys are the best.

IF the price goes to $15 a share by the EOM, do we get the free shares still? --Or is that what Rufus wants to force the MM's to do so they don't have to cover the x 6!!! ???
In other words the MM's would now WANT to drive the price to $15 to avoid the 6 free shares!..
Is this right??? Someone asked me this and I have not thought about that....
If Oct 30th comes and we are at $16 / share, the algebra equation will be invalid. BUT BY THAT POINT, the institutions will have hit their $5.00 buy-in target and the stock will have already skyrocketed to over $100 / share. Just watch and see, it ain't over yet.

You still get the free shares, the price and share count was based on the pps at EOD yesterday. So if the pps goes up to $15 you now have 7 times your pps * $15...

luvforever, I did mention that I considered flipping shares yesterday but I didn't follow through. I'm holding strong and won't give up any shares.

Tut is not the CEO, read the commnst from Rufus.
The Corporation hereby chooses option (c) to reset the Share value to an equivalent of $15.00 by issuing additional shares to each shareholder of record as of the close of business on October 16, 2006, the issuance date of the Reset shares is October 30, 2006 10 business days from the filing of this form 10-KSB.
"The Threshold Price Reset means that for every share you owned as of the close of business today you will receive 6 additional share (no fractions will be issued and will be rounded down to the nearest whole) of CSHD on or around October 30, 2006. This transaction will take the total issued share number to 618,813,942 giving the corporation an estimated book value of $11.78," stated Rufus Paul Harris, Chief Executive Officer.

Tex...that is one of the things that I am not understanding yet...it doesn't seem that you have to keep the 1 share in order to get the extra shares...BUT I for one am holding what I have...

No 10, I am looking to see if the 10-K says that the share amount is locked-in as of 10/16 or if only that the names of the shareholders of record is locked -in.

up and down.... I'm gonna turn it off and forget about it. This going to be all over the place. Best not to watch and get tempted into screwing myself.
My father gave me some advice when I explained this stock, "Don't be greedy."
Now I know what that meant. Rufus said it too, "Greed comes from a bad place."
Messing with the stock price by overanalyzing and flipping, hoping for more money or shares will bite you in the end. Be content with what you have for it is as good as gold. If you want more... buy them in the open market...... or take a break and enjoy life.
