Lincoln... Ididn't mean to ignore you, I've been at work nearly all day, and just got back and starting to catch up on the news. But no I'm not is Boone but very close. I live in Linville (20 minutes away) and work at the Eseeola Lodge. I went to a Bible College in Grand Rapids MI and will be taking seminary courses through Gordon Conwell Tehological Seminary, with a semester in Jerusalem soon. Do you go to App State? If you are we should get togather for luch at Macdonalds (if CSHD goes south) or at some high class joint (if CSHD goes WAY NORTH!). I'll be around for another couple weeks.
Man I can't wait till monday! and it's only Friday night!

Hello All;

I just discovered this Board 15 days ago thru a investment forum (Pirate's Cove). I have been a holder of CSHD for approximately 4 months. A member in the Cove first brought it to our attention. I like what I am hearing over here. Informative and polite. Seems everyone here is on the same page to assist eachother in a profitable investment. That is the way these forums should operate.

I will continue to monitor the room every chance I get and look forward to posting in the future. Great ideas in here and excellent DD!!!

I must say I am nervous that we got no 10-K today. I still don't see any solid proof as to how in the world Rufus has till Monday to file. SEC rules are 15 days from the due date, which makes the 10-K due on October 13th which already passed. I really hope that Rufus hasnt been lying to us all this time, and we get an E monday, and we are wiped out. I really hope things turn out well for the shareholders this time. I've been holding 3 months now, and don't want to be devastated. But I didnt invest more than I could afford to lose. LETS HOPE MONDAY IS THE REAL DEAL BOYS AND GIRLS. Just am concerned about how he can get away with filing on monday and be in "compliance".

The 10KNT was filed on Sept 29, the 29th does not count as 1 day. Day 1 was Sept 30th. now 14 days of October make it due on the 14th. Since the 14th is a Saturday it is due the following trading day which makes it Monday Sept 16th.

Here's a link to Edgar filing Questions.

That is correct. Filings submitted and accepted by EDGAR after 5:30 p.m. Eastern time are only disseminated to the public the following business day at 6:00 a.m.

Companies may request a filing extension for their Form 10-Q's and 10-K's by submitting Form 12b-25 via the EDGAR system. By filing this form, a filer may gain up to 5 additional days to file Form 10-Q or 15 days to file Form 10-K. Companies have up to 24 hours after the original filing deadline to file Form 12b-25.

Each trading day, NASDAQ publishes a list of companies that it believes are non-compliant with NASD Rule 6530 (the “Eligibility Rule”). A company is generally added to this list on the date that the symbol is appended with an “E” modifier. This is generally two business days after notification is published on the OTCBB Daily List. A security is removed from this list one business day after NASDAQ determines that it is eligible for quotation, or the security is no longer quoted on the OTCBB.

The Eligibility Rule and a list of frequently asked questions concerning monitoring and enforcement of this Rule can be viewed on the OTCBB website at: http://www.otcbb.com/faqs/otcbb_faq.stm

*The Removal Date is generally two business days following the grace period expiration date.

morning....

I just wish any of these people would go to the Georgia website and research the notarized documents.

It shows significant planning and effort, as well as supporting the claims that Rufus has been stating since the beginning.

This company is in it's infantile stage, and if it keeps growing... look out.

If anything... we have financials that more than justify the current PPS. I feel like my money is safe.

This group has not done all this work and planning to this point to let the company get delisted. They have gained nothing... the money is in the deal.

The deal is just about to be disclosed in full.

Please don't keep us waiting until or after EOD... that's just cruel.

Hello All,

I'm new to this board, but have been watching in the past couple of weeks. I was back in the beginning when this stock was FHAL and was at .075 cents a share. At that time i saw the great trucking news it had regarding doubling its fleet and saw this as a great opportunity to double my money. I bought 8000 shares (wish i held onto them all now [Frown] ) cause i'd have some dough to play with. I ended up being in the right stock as the merger news came out with CSHD. I sold my shares at $1.03 about 2 months ago? Just trying to make a quick buck and not risk losing it all. I then bought 1000 shares and ive been holding long ever since. I've been watching this all along. THe ups downs, and finally got lucky and bought some more shares when it dipped a couple of days ago to 1.87 (extremely lucky price to get into). Now im here for the ride whether it be good or bad i'm standing by all of you and stretching this stock out to its max. Monday will be the day we will all see this stock explode hopefully off the 10k news to 5-7$ range. I believe the reset will happen when the 10Q comes out, but look for the stock to barrell up to the 7-10$ range before then. Everyone has been in anticipation of the 10K all from the start. Millions of people have sold due to not seeing the 10K on time. Rufus filed the extension and some bought back in others stayed on the side line to watch. When this 10K comes out all the lies and swirls around the stock will be erased and many many people, companies will buy back in, shorts will cover and this stock will soar. Good luck to all and stay on for the ride, I'm sure we will all love our results.... and hey, even if the 10K doesn't come out, i'm sure we all can say we have never made a trade like this in our life... THis is definately a once in a lifetime trade evne already going from .10 centes to $4, it rarely ever happens. Everyone deserves not to be stressed after watching this stock go so hi in such a short period of time. Relax, watch some football, drink some beer and have a great weekend. I'll talk to you all on monday!

I think you mean 'infant stage' or 'infancy', unless you are referring to the way Mike Alexander gives a radio interview...

And if Rufus waits until EOD- give him the benefit of the doubt. More often than not, he seems to have his reasons.

I would not be worried. Some people may not know but if this was filed by Rufus after 5:30 PM it will not show up on Edgar and will show up early morning around 6am on monday,if not I expect it to be out before the close monday, hold strong

Good to be here! After watching everyone swirl their thoughts around, i figured I'd throw another shareholder in the mix who has been here since the beginning. I just want to let you know that their is MANY of us out there just like me who are not on this board! We are not alone!!
