If the trend continues Monday they should be saying it will be out by Friday.

I see the "real" information is that the 10k needs to be out by Monday, which includes after market closing.
Tut saying "by the latest Monday morning" is cool, but, is not real information. OK, I like the indication tut is giving, I'll rally around it a bit, but, will not rely on it. JMO

I'm hanging in until the deadline, but you can bet you bottom dollar if it's not out on time I'll have my running shoes laced up to run as fast as I can tuesday morning. That being said I am staying the course until the end.

Follow-up to my comment from a few minutes back... . ....I called CSHD and spoke to Mitchell Sepaniak....I thanked him for CSHD getting the shareholders list set up on the website and that he could take my name off of his call back list, for I had left messages this week to confirm if I was on the NOBO list (I am).... . ..I also asked if he could address what has been reported on HSM about release of the 10-K and 10-Q....he said to be careful with what is being said because 1) he is being partially mis-quoted by some (no names mentioned), and 2) that to say a 10-Q will be out next week would be incorrect.. . ...HOWEVER he did say that the 10-K would be out on Monday. I then asked a follow-up question (feeding him back his own words) to the effect of "It would be an accurate, definitive respresentation to say that the 10-K would be released on Monday?" and he responded "Yes". . . . ....Mr. Sepaniak sounded hectic in his speech, yet he was pleasant and willing to discuss my questions, and I thanked him for his time in taking my phone call.... . ...hope that helps you all in our search or comfort.

This to me sounds very good. I believe we are there shareholders and what I am going to say is hold strong now. We are there in front of the gates and I wouldn't be surprised if we hear something sooner.

Chartwalker? I am fairly new to stocks. How would you recommend going about educating myself? I am currently absorbing one of the Motley Fools investment guides. Are there any online tutorials or specific books you would recommend? I want to get to a knowledge point of fully understanding charts, trends. . .etc. Thanks

All these calls to Mitch mean nothing. I mean realistically if it wasn't going to happen on time do you think Mitch would say "Gee I'm sorry to crash your hopes and dreams over the past months - but no, we won't be making the deadling, which means we'll get the 'E', and we have no clue when the 10K is coming - probably whenever we feel like it"
Uhhhh of course not. The pps would be back below $1 by high noon tomorrow...
We've been told before this is coming out on time - and it hasn't. And now there is the 10Q which Rufus has alluded to being something of more signifance. Guess what ? That's not due until NOVEMBER 15th, and extension brings that to NOVEMBER 30th.
So we have really another month and half to play the ups and downs here imo. It's a harsh reality but it does breed more opportunity.
Look I'm long (yes..again...) my name is on the list. And I want this to happen as badly as everyone else. Let's just not get our hopes up here - it's October 12th. We still don't have a 10K or reset. This stared in July. Just think about that for a minute.

UPDATE: Ok people...I just had an awesome 10-15 minute phone call with Sabra Dabbs about what is being thrown around over at HSM and some of the other boards.
First of all, let me just say that Sabra Dabbs is a class act who is truly an asset to CSHD and to the shareholders. She has so much energy and spunk it actually gave me energy after our long day of watching the reindeer games that were played today with our stock. She actually enjoys speaking with the shareholders and wanted me to tell you that you can call her anytime with questions or concerns. I really think she meant it and was not feeding me a line.
I have now talked with both Mitch and Sabra and think these two individuals are doing everything they can to make us feel better about this thing. It would be very easy for them to hide behind their phone messages and just wait for this to happen. But they are not hiding, and this speaks volumes about their character and this company’s future.
On the subject of the 10K and the 10Q coming out tomorrow or Monday…the answer is they will be compliant and the 10K will be out by Monday. I asked if it could / would come out sooner and she hinted that it could, but my gut was telling me Monday is the day. She said it would not surprise her if Rufus played the ‘Friday the 13th’ joke on them, but again, I’m thinking Monday.
The 10Q will not be out on Monday (according the Sabra). I confirmed that they had until November 15th for that filing. As far as Tut is concerned, she said that she was sitting next to Mitch during that call and she did not recall him saying that the 10Q will be out with the 10K. She did say that they had answered as many as 2,000 phone calls and it’s possible that the 10K and 10Q got confused.
I told her about Allstocks and asked her to check us out. She had not heard of us, but she does not frequent the boards. She took my phone number and asked what my usernames where on both sites. Again, a total class act and I got to tell you, I feel 10 times better about this company. She said we will all be happy very soon.

Surfer.....10-K and 10-Q are two different filings.....the 10-K is the annual report filing and the 10-Q is a quarterly report filing......next 10-Q is not due until middle of November, generally November 15, if it falls on a business day.
the tut-eister posted this afternoon that he had talked with Mr. Sepaniak (see http://www.hot stockma rket .com/forums/showthread.php?p=797793#post797793 , and you might note that tut has edited this posting as of now) and represented that Mr. Sepaniak referred to both the 10-K and the 10-Q. Actually, tut's post shows he asked a question about both and Mr. Sepaniak relied with a single word -"yes". That seems to have started the verbage that has been psoted about the 10-K and the 10-Q.
