IMO, The 10K can still be filed prior to the opening bell on Monday. As a strategy I have felt it best to release it after hours today giving the investment world a chance to fully digest it. The halt will come early Monday and the reset later in the day. I would expect a PR sometime this weekend. Of course this is only My Opinion for what it's worth.

Guys/Gals ...I just gotta say...this has been a great group of people...some of the DD here has been awesome and we all know that, I am very proud to say that I belong to allstocks...the people here are, for the most part, just plain wonderful! I jumped in this stock back in July...for one reason...flippin' I made great $ and my exit point was suppose to be at the end of the week...back in July...I broke my own rule and have stayed... I am not in this nearly as heavy as the majority of you but like maumee said...it'll put a dent. I hope for all of you that have stuck it out the absolute very best What I hope the most is that what Rufus and Company are doing really makes a difference in the market and brings a true change for us all!! Good luck to all of you and enjoy your weekends! C'mon Rufus...you said buy the crap out of it...we did and now it's your turn... Heat up the deep frier, release the 10k and fry them shorts!!!

I thought he was an insider.. his DD's so far are speculation, no matter how good, he never really provided links (at least i don't recall).. BB, Matt, Wally, and others are more reliable.. anyway, so i guess it's monday.. i've been thinking lately that i should have sold at least half position when it was near 4.. but o well.. might as well stay for the whole ride now.. I think i'm falling out of love with this one..
I would have to say that after listening to him on SPR (a couple of times), I was pretty impressed. I felt as if there was so much he wanted to tell us, but could not.
He is just a guy who happens to purchase stocks for a living...him and his partners. He is really pumped up about this one. He reminds me of my uncle in Houston who runs the UNICEF office down there. This guy has met Kings and Queens, Presidents and Prime Ministers, actors and actresses, all kinds of important people. Not sure why I lumped actors and actresses in the important people pile, but I digress.
Anyway, he hangs out with George Bush Sr. all the time. Yet, this man would do anything to help people out if he felt they deserved it. I think Tut is very similar. With everything he knows about the inner workings of the markets; he just couldn't stand to see the MM's and bashers destroy people’s dreams. I believe that he knows this is a once in a lifetime deal and does not want anyone to miss out. He just can't verbalize all of what he knows (for fear of getting in trouble)...hence the repetitive motivational speeches.
BTW...he is planning on starting a new Cancer charity after this is done (with some of his proceeds). If this pans out for us, maybe we should look into helping him out...as he has attempted to so for us. I know we will all need some tax relief...

Would be pretty cagey of Rufus to do it this way, but with Rufus et al, I have been weaned to expect the unexpected.
Got some little spare change this Friday- sold some plasma, opened a lemonade stand and sold my prized Velvet Elvis. If the 10-K is released late AM and the MM's and nervous investors bail, I will probably pick up a little more. Happy with what I have, maybe should have thought abut adding today, but you know- things happen.
This has been fun and nervewracking. Good thing Newcastle Brown Ale is on sale this week. I plan to be bombed all weekend. I'll sober up Monday AM and if all goes as planned, I'll be leaving work early to buy another case of Newcastle
Good luck everybody- not much more to do at this point. After 10-K and halt, the strategies will be much, much different. Enjoy your weekend.
P.S. Anybody notice PEPSICO is on the shareholder list? Is that as in the beverage maker- or Joe Piscopo's cousin?

I am holding another penny which is going through 1:200 reverse split.
How does one usually approach big reverse spilts, sell at the 1st opportunity?
In most cases you are better off selling before the split. Once the split occurs it will take most brokers a day or 2 to get you the shares under the new symbol and you won't be able to trade it. It's a terible feeling watching the price drop and not being able to do it. I'm speaking generally. I'm not sure which stock you are in but in about 90-95% of the case you are much better off selling before it splits.
Good Luck Wally

It's a safe bet to say we're not going to see these kinds of prices much longer.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - High-tech crooks are hijacking online brokerage accounts using spyware and operating from remote locations, sometimes in Eastern Europe, U.S. market regulators said on Friday. ADVERTISEMENT
The computer "incursions" are a growing problem, said Walter Ricciardi, deputy enforcement director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
"It's something we're very concerned about," he said in remarks at a legal conference in Washington.
About 25 percent of U.S. retail stock trades are made by online investors through roughly 10 million online accounts, according to brokerages regulator NASD.
Crooks will load a victim's computer or a public PC with a spy program to monitor a user's activities and capture vital information, such as account numbers and passwords.
The program then e-mails the stolen information back to the thief, who can use it to open victim accounts.
Once inside, the thief may sell off an account's portfolio and take the proceeds. Or electronically hijacked accounts may be used for "pump-and-dump" schemes to manipulate stock prices for profit, Ricciardi said.
Public computers in such places as Internet cafes and hotel rooms are especially vulnerable to incursions. But home computers may also be hit as spyware can be imported simply by opening an e-mail attachment, said John Stark, chief of the SEC's Office of Internet Enforcement.
Incursion scams under SEC investigation are far-flung. "We're seeing these frauds in offshore entities and persons, including those located in Eastern Europe," Stark said.
The SEC is working to track down the hackers and to educate online investors, he said.
Steps to fight incursions include securing an online account by changing passwords frequently and never using an unfamiliar computer to enter an account number or password.
To fight a similar problem, U.S. banks are exploring new online banking security technologies since a study showed identity theft via online banking is a fast-growing crime.

I tell ya after talking to her today you realize she has the personality to get er done.
I was wholly impressed.
The funny thing is I feel like even when we get the 10k/reset on Monday that this will only be the middle chapter to our epic novel. There is much more to come. At least I am sure if they get this reset and move to nasdaq done I won't be selling any time soon.
