I need some help. On one of the earlier threads we found the rule that allowed a company to reset it's price. We also found a couple of reverse merger companies that reset. Help me find them so I can give Simon the link

Basically, a Shell Stock is a public company that no longer has any business! It retains its capital structure and SEC reporting status with the intention to "reverse merge" into a non-public company with an on-going business. This merger creates a new company that is both public and generating revenues.
Why would a private company with an on-going business want to reverse merge into a Shell Stock? The goal of the private company is to become a public company. There are many benefits in becoming a public company. The traditional method of becoming a public company, via an IPO (initial public offering) can be very expensive and time consuming. Becoming public via a reverse merger is less expensive and much quicker.
The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) refers to a Shell Stock as a Blank Check Company.
SHELLSTOCK STRATEGY
Most investors buy Shell Stocks when there are rumors of a potential reverse merger. But, they become impatient when the reverse merger does not happen and sell . . . usually at a loss.
So what is the best Shell Stock strategy? Probably it is best to buy several Shell Stocks and forget about them. Hopefully you will resist the temptation to sell when things get boring, increasing your chances of participating in a reverse merger - sometimes producing huge returns.

Shareholders listen quit looking for the black cat in a dark room. That is a Russian saying meaning don't look for something that isn't there. Ben said it will be on time and we will not have an E. You don't realize it but you are all worrying yourselves and you are playing right into the hands of the shorts who want you to feel fear. They are also reading all these stock forums and they will use your fears and try to scare the market down with you in it. You are on the verge of the best thing in your life. Make what you post here sound like you believe it.

I know you are but you are making it sound like you are all ready to panic and believe me the shorts like to hear that because they will use that against you with a downtick in the market. Let us be positive. You just heard Rufus.

The bashers are always the ones who bring up this "deadline" crap, hoping to get discussions started and a panic sell. Then they cover and wait for it to run again. Think about it. This thing nevr dumped on legitimate bad news. The only times it dumped was because of the criminal shorter Our-Street and his Web Site, and then it dumped because the bashers had everyone convinced that an extension was the end of the world. Which was followed by an 8K. Many people missed profit on that .70 day...
In other words relax about this. If it comes out on time you guys win (and hopefully me too if I can get in tomorrow)
After that it will start all over again. The 10K will be wrong, have mistakes, not audited, be misleading...etc etc etc....There will always be a reason for the basher to ***** and moan..
Just stick with your strategy....
