This to me sounds very good. I believe we are there shareholders and what I am going to say is hold strong now. We are there in front of the gates and I wouldn't be surprised if we hear something sooner.

FWIW....tut-eister should check his spelling....Mitch's last name is spelled.."Sepaniak". Aside from this observation, I sure hope he is well informed. perhaps a verifying call to Mitch is in order..........people on HSM have been treated to fake notices that the 10-K is out all afternoon....lots of children playing over there methinks..

I just like the "before Monday morning part"...it didn't say before close of business Monday, it said BEFORE MONDAY MORNING. At worst, if that is true, we have one more day of manipulation....

and then he says he thinks this is good news. This might be the most down right stupid post ever. I don't know about you guys, but I feel pretty sure that I know all this already. what a tool. I'm glad we have Columbo on the case to crack this mystery on when the 10-k has to be filed by.

just getting irritated first deadline for the 10k. There's no way we're missing the deadline well I guess they didn't they filed the extension. Don't they have til end of business monday to file the 10k? If that's the case we have 2 more days of the crap we had today.
We all need to be comfortable with the level of risk. Long ago I decided that whatever this play panned out to be that I would be comfortable with the level of loss. Each of us needs to be in that place.
It is place rolaid free where you can sleep at night. You may not maximize profit every time but you are content with risk vs reward.
Also, step away from the DD once in a while. Do not become obsessed and emotional. Have a little fun.

Nice reminder....I think most, if not all, of us are comfortable with our positions....it's just starting to feel like we are at the race track running around like a bunch of greyhounds chasing a carrot...and not getting anywhere. The longs have been here for months...just ready for more change IMHO

port I am comfortable and have been with my position in this stock. What I don't like is when promises are made and not kept. Much easier to keep one's mouth shut and deliver than to promise and fail. When that happens people feel that there's that proberbial carrot being dangled in front of them. I'm not saying that is what's happening here.

FWIW...here is another prediction...but this one seems to pin down Monday. Based on the conversation I had with Mitch last time we were at this stage (close to deadline), he was very careful not to pin anything down. In other words, this guy might have interpreted what he is posting.
