Folks.....just make sure you are doing your own DD and verifying what you read before you make your decisions for taking any actions........IMO.

Well, we still have two more trading days. I've came this far and I personally think that Rufus will deliver, when HE fills it's the right time.

Especially in a situation like this, it is important to remember that they (Rufus, CSHD. . .Etc) may have an adgenda and timetable different than our own. Rufus's goal is to present the 10K to the market and deal with the shorters. I am going long and am doing my best to not let the short term hurt my attitude for the stock.
Has anyone who purchased CSHD when and only when it was still FHAL and has not purchased any shares when it was CSHD and use TDameritrade as a broker seen their name on the shareholders list.
If not I think we know when and why the short problem!!!
Also free trade w Bank of America anybody see this, and FDIC insured.

Actually i bought a few more when it was CSHD, so my name twice on the list. For the 1st transaction i used TDA, for the 2nd i used etrade to which i transferred.

thanks for the info. i really think if we looked that the TDA clients who had large amounts wont find their names on the list, or at least large orders from when it was still fhal. keep the most peoplew happy and the lowest number of people mad. less noise on the market right?

and anyone notice the hit they're taking over the free trades deal. stocks down and looks to keep going per cramer(although thats not worth much). they cant afford a hit from CSHD

Surfer - That place looks awesome!!! You worked there? You are lucky!!! I've been to the Bahamas before 3 weeks before 9/11. I loved it there- such a happy relaxing fun atmosophere. Gees, between the 2 of us we could write a brochure!
I would love to go there but it might have to be after our next big stock pick because my sisters coming with me & this time we can only get away for about 3 or 4 nights...darn it!
If you go to Abaco 4 to 6 times a year then chances are you'll be going after the next stock pick!!

I'm on the list too. I flipped a few times over the last two weeks (never between July and 9/29).
There is lots of confusion over the new 10k deadline at HSM and i hub. Debate over tomorrow or Monday as last day to avoid the dreaded E. I can't tell on the 14 calander days. You could start counting from 9/29 or 9/30 or you could start the next day 10/1. It's to vague and there doesn't seem to be a "date"?
